On my drive home, I lost several lashes on my right lash line. Throughout the next two weeks, I continued to lose lashes rapidly from the right side. Customer Service Review: I made a fill appointment (in person) on the day I got my lashes for two weeks later (today). Since I did not reply to the overload of calls, texts and emails, they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment in person...I should not have to make an extra effort to confirm it again. The receptionist was very unapologetic. He said I can only be "fit in," but that it would be a wait. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I walked out of the business and will not return. So, overall, I DO NOT recommend giving business to Eye Envy- Lash & Brow Bar. Their reply only proves that they aren't nice people. Thank you.

I have been searching around different areas to get my eyebrows microbladed and I came across this place, I spoke to Ericka on the phone she was really nice and sweet, she then told me the details about Microblading while i indicated this was my first time and I wanted it to be done by the right person and then she gave me her Instagram info to look at the work she has done, I saw what great jobs she has done on her customers. So I decided to go with her not only because she squeezed me in last minute with her busy schedule but because of her kind words and the way she presented herself. She made me feel comfortable and made me aware of everything, every step of the way. Knowing that this was a permanent thing, I knew she would do a marvelous job on my eyebrows and I couldn't be more excited to show them to my family and friends. And after finding out she was the owner herself, I just knew she had to be, because it became so natural for her and the way she speaks so highly of the work being done. I can't wait until my eyebrows heal and show her what a amazing job she has done, I have had so much weight on my shoulders for not having eyebrows, and when I need to go back for my touch up, I look forward to seeing how it will turn out afterwards and I will have her to thank. I definitely recommend her to anybody she's local, price is worth every penny and the best of all, it can be by the owner herself. I will also recommend my sister to get her touch up by Ericka. Love this place! I had my eyebrows done Ericka. I was hesitant at first, just the thought of having a blade crave into my face, would be scary to anyone . But, I'm so glad I went forward with it. Ericka reassured me everything was going to be perfect, and she was right . The process wasn't painful at all, after the numbing cream you can't feel anything. You just lay back and relax. I love they way they look, very natural . Which was one of my biggest worries . The same day I had my eyelashes done by Ana, I have never worn falsies, so I had no idea how I was going to feel about eyelash extensions . But I can even tell they're there. They're so light and natural, but they make a major different to your face, I no have to wear mascara or eyeliner . Just a little foundation and blush and I'm out the door . Thank you Ericka and Ana. Just got the microblading & shading session done with @browsbytamara and she did an amazing job! Since this was my first microblading or permanent makeup session ever she did a great job explaining the process, what to expect after the treatment and even gives you a cute little care package with all after care necessities at the end; which is so thoughtful. When I felt areas needed to be adjusted she was really open to the feedback and listened intently to get the desired result. She has a real talent for staying with the natural shape and shade of your brows. Highly recommend her work! read more
