I have nothing but positive and astounding things to say about this location and company. I have been struggling the last 3 1/2 months since moving to Florida. After living in Europe the last year, and before that I lived in LA, it's a large adjustment that is not understandable to my brain. However, I found the gem or the needle in the haystack, as you may say, Let me just tell you that they listen, care, use the right products in regards to humidity or the hot/cold temperatures, constantly are attentive and aware throughout the entire service, and make sure that you don't leave unhappy. To top it off, or as eyelash extension, Salon should normally do, they do not allow your butt to leave without making sure that you are fully aware, and prepared to take full and complete care to the most extent possible of your Eyelash Extentions. I am talking about cleaning your lashes morning and night with the proper brushes and wash, the correct brush to keep it in tact throughout the day, as well as if you want to go to the extent of a clear glossy coat to keep them even more glamorous, they don't fall short. I am so glad I finally found a facility that listens to not only what I love as a look, but also what I want and need to make me leaving feeling more powerful and sultry sexy than when I entered. They go above and beyond, and I am nothing but supremely 110% satisfied. I will say, that I did have some redness in my left eye for three days after the service, but it has resided, and I didn't think a second thought about it, because I was so high above the clouds ecstatic with the superb job they did and that I actually had the look that made me feel like myself. I was once again, feeling like myself, Fiona. It has been a struggle for me, because I recently had to take my breast implants out, and as a woman, I'm sure you can understand that the confidence could be diminished from something like this. It made me extremely sick, and this is mostly irrelevant to Eyelash Extentions, however, if you don't have beautiful lashes and gorgeous, long and you can't rely to bed in the morning without putting make up on, then, as a woman, you feel like subpar. Thank god, Georgia who did my lashes, and was very patient and attentive and kind and went above and beyond during my service three days ago, I was still referred to the next best specialist that will become a master stylist in the next month or so to my understanding. Yes, I have to drive 20 minutes, but I am so ecstatic that I finally found a place that I can call home that will make me feel like and be the powerful, strong and independent woman that I am. Anyone who read this review that might laugh or joke or think it's funny about what I'm saying, if you know, you know what I'm talking about. The last couple of months has been not hell, but close to it in the sense that two other lash extension places were not a positive experience. Two weeks ago at one, I got a full set and three days later 80% of the lashes come out or the other one put so many on they looked like I have caterpillars on my eyes!! I have been in the beauty world, or as you still call it eyelash/hair extensions for 10 years, and I have never suffered or had such a hard time since the recent relocation to Florida. do not doubt my review or my words, I put my life on it, that this salon is the best of the best that I have yet to find. well to start I had a verbal agreement with the owner and the manager to be an influencer and have a monthly membership at 6999 a month. I guess they fired the manager and no longer wanted to honor the verbal agreement that was in place. which was fine however the new "manager" was supposed to contact me an let me know, which she did not do. I've also reached out to her, leaving my phone number and she said that she didn't have an accurate phone number or email. So when I ask her what she had on file she repeated the exact email that does in fact work. She said she canceled my membership because they didn't want to honor the verbal agreement that was in place however she proceeded to charge me for another month and said that she would not refund me for the future monthly membership... very unacceptable and unethical. She was incompetent. She hung up on me and refused to let me speak to the owner. she said he didn't want to be part of an email that didn't go through supposedly! A to think I've been sending people here to Have services. No services were rendered therefore they are stealing. contacting the better business bureau so hopefully it will flag the company and this will not happen to someone else in the futur. I've been a member of Amazing lash studios for quite some time now and I'm a devoted client and have been to many locations. Out of all the locations I 'be been the Seminole one is the worse of them. They do not understand about accommodating clients needs. I had my 8 year old daughter with me for an appointment and they wouldn't let her sit in the lobby and wait for me, saying it was for liability purposes, my daughter is 8 not a month old. They rather lose money and clients then accommodate them. "ST. PETE" location is better as far as accommodating they let my daughter come and wait. No wonder they have 4 stars. I drove 30 minutes for a mini fill (that I made an appointment for online as a new customer). When I got there they said they wouldn't do a fill because I already had lashes from somewhere else. Of course I had lashes from somewhere else, that's why I scheduled a mini fill. They said all they could do is remove all my lashes and give me a whole new set. I'm not sure if they don't tell new customers signing up for a fill that they won't do that because they are trying to scam them into a new set or if it's just an extremely poor business model / website portal. Truly disappointed. First the positive : Lash technicians are truly amazing and seriously attain amazing results. Negative: 3 months I have been calling to cancel my subscription as I no longer am in need of the service. Today I had the pleasure of actually having an unpleasant and unexpected conversation with Athena. Now mind you they have been continually charging my credit card yet I have not been to the establishment. Athena took the time to advise me in an unpleasant manner, I should've read the contract thoroughly because I am to visit the office and sign a cancellation contract. Now mind you I've continually called and all times the answer was , the manger will contact you !!!! No calls from a manager but they continually took my money. My only alternative was to call my credit card company and stop the payments Future reference if you sign up, per Athena. Read the contract and go to office and cancel in person Another note. This place is a rip off! Please take your money elsewhere. I had a membership for eight months which doesn't even cover a fill. The price of a fill is the price of a full set at oasis spa just up the road. These people are not certified, the only certification they have is through amazing Lash. and I have had many experiences there. One lady even told me my eyelashes are ugly and I'm taking horrible care of them and was very rude. Another was amazing and told me her whole life story. They come and go because it is through the company. Also the amount of time it takes, horrible! I can get a full set somewhere else in under an hour and a refill here takes about three hours. Take your money to a spa the prices are so much cheaper than a chain. Edit: to their reply, three of their stylist literally told me that more than half of the girls aren't certified. read more

Six days later my lashes are still fabulous! This is super important because other times I've gotten extensions (not here) they look wonky after a few days. I was greeted right away and instructed to wash my lashes using a product they had in the bathroom. My technician (wish I remembered her name!) was super sweet and easy to talk to. This is important since you're spending a lot of time with your eyes closed and chatting is all you can do. She was great because when I wanted to talk out of boredom she was happy to chat, but I also got to relax and she worked silently while I 'meditated' aka sort of dozed off. I kept joking that I was worried my lashes would look like a drag queen and she made sure that didn't happen! I love watching drag race but don't want to look like that! The reason I docked a star is that my eyes were pretty red afterwards and that hasn't happened before. I wonder if the pads they put on my lower lashes were too close to my eye and caused irritation. At first, my lashes looked great. I absolutely loved them. But within the first SIX DAYS, my eyelash extensions were almost completely gone on my left eye. I avoided oil based skin care and used their brand of eyelash cleanser 1-2 times a day as recommended. The customer service during the appointment was great, but if my lashes are only going to last (not even) a week, I unfortunately won't be coming back. read more

Drove half an hour to get here after booking an appointment online for a fill. Even called the day before. Arrived after driving over a half an hour and was told they could not accommodate me as they will not do a fill without a removal and they don't have time for that. it seems like the online system should not let you book appointments that they are not able to honor. read more

Don't go to this studio. Everyone very friendly until something goes wrong. My cornea was burned by adhesive - as reported by the local eye institute. I stopped in to talk to someone about canceling my service agreement. Showed note from doctor; prescription for month-long treatment, and wrote letter to cancel. The manager won't call you back. I've left at least 10 messages. It's been two months. Still being charged for 'club' rate. STAY AWAY! read more

I went to Amazing Lash Studio for my first ever set of extensions. I had no idea what to expect. Upon walking in, the ladies were all very friendly and the waiting area was clean and modern. My appointment was with Journey. She was ready and waiting for me at my appointment time. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the process to me in detail. The comfy blanket was a nice touch! The whole process took about 2 hours, in which I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I almost fell asleep! Journey was very sweet and paid very close attention to detail. No poking with the tweezers, which I was very worried about! My end results for the "Glamour" lashes were amazing!! Almost 3 weeks later and still going strong! No mascara needed! I wake up looking like a supermodel! read more

I absolutely love this place. The girls at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful. I've been going to my girl (one of the best lash techs there; Rhebeka) for a little over a year now and my lashes always look AMAZING! I get the best compliments everyday I go out and I love it. One thing that makes your lashes longer is the lash primer they sell so when you go and book your appointment make sure to buy that! I can go a month without looking like I need a fill because of this primer. Also don't forget maintenance! The place is clean, lashes are pretty and the staff are amazing however the lashes are too stiff and uncomfortable. The best way that I could describe it would be when you put on too much mascara and it dries clumpy then leave it on for a couple of days.. that's the texture/feeling the lashes have on your eyes. While I love the lashes, my experience with the people, especially at the front desk, at this studio has been awful. One time I was charged for lashes that were more expensive, and when I insisted that was wrong, they refused to go ask the stylist or refund me, they simply said "its what the chart says, and even if its wrong, you're only losing $10." I ended up getting refunded, but they didn't call me to apologize or let me know that they were refunding me, I had to find out through my bank statement. I recently decided to freeze my account, and I still got charged for the month. I called and asked them to refund it, and they said they would call me back. Hours go by and no call, so I call back and ask about the status. They said it's been refunded, so I asked why they didn't call to tell me, and the lady could not have been more rude in the tone of her voice. So dismissive...not the way anyone should speak to customers. These ladies at the front desk who man the phones and handle customer service need a lesson on how to talk to customers. Im appalled that they do business this way. I hate having to go in and interact with them because they make you feel so dumb. Pick a different amazing lash studio, its worth the drive!! read more

When I arrived for my first appointment I was immediately greeted and checked in. I was given paperwork to fill out and then waited for my lash consultant. The entire studio is kept spotless. I was first sent to the restroom to wash my lashes and remove any mascara. There are makeup wipes and their lash cleanser in the restroom to use. Once in the room, the consultant talks to me about lash options. There is a poster up of their lash looks but from there you can choose different lengths, thickness and fullness !! I had no idea the many different options for lashes. This was my first time and it only took her a little over an hour and a half but typically it can take up to two hours for the first visit. The pricing to keep up with the lashes is amazing. I can't remember how often a fill is recommended but my lashes have lasted over a month. I will be going back for a fill soon!! Originally, my lashes looked great--that is until I woke up the next morning. The stylist who did my lashes applied them too close to the actual lashline, as well as the pads underneath my eyes, causing my eyes to not properly close. As a result, the glue and or glue fumes got into my eyes and left one of my eyes completely bloodshot and both were very sore. I had to get them off the very next day because the pain was unbearable. Even when taking them off, the girl got gel in my eyes which left a very painful burning sensation. I went to the doctor the next day and was diagnosed with chemically induced conjunctivitis(pink eye) and now have to deal with this when there should have no problems. I will assure you I will never be coming here again and be warned or else you might end up like me. read more

absolutely disappointed with this place. when i say i LOVED this place i really did. during the corona virus pandemic the shop was open-as for everyone's safety but i kept getting charged each month without receiving anything. i called and called and called and never received a message back. finally after calling numerous times the manager i believe told me to give my credits to someone else when i told her i was in nursing school with clinicals and could no longer get lashes. i told her i just simply wanted my money back and would return when i was done with school. she told me she'd cal someone higher up and get back to me.. this was may 16. i've been calling and texting the number multiple times asking for my money back and haven't gotten a response so should i say they took my money and ran? absolutely. my thoughts of going back when school is over has completely changed. haven't gotten my money back for two months and i don't think i ever will.. they scammed me! don't ever go here!!!! read more
