They do a great job every time, they are quick, clean and consistent. I joined the membership program so I get a refill every month and have not had any trouble getting an appointment. They even had a brunch party with free upgrades a few months ago and I won a gift basket to Origins (and now I'm obsessed lol thanksss!)... can't recommend this place enough! read more

Terrible customer service. Laying still with your eyes closed and having sharp implements very near requires a relaxing environment. Twice while getting refills a front desk person barged in the session and began talking loudly. The second time, she hit my foot with the door! They are rude and slam the doors and cabinets, talk loud through the halls. Whoever owns this business should not depend on unsupervised youngsters to deliver a good customer experience. My usual studio is the one in Alliance, but they did not have any appointments after the winter weather so I came to this one. Huge mistake. I usually only see Master stylists and told the girl booking my appointment this information, she told me she was booking me with Monique and told me she was a master stylist. I show up to my appointment and get my full set. Except they were NOT full at all. I have been getting my eyelashes done at ALS for 4 years so I know what a full set should look like. I go to check out and was not charged the master fee and this is when I learned that I had been lied to by Jackie (front desk) and was not booked with a master after all. I sent an email saying how disappointed I was with being lied to and the service and the fact that I used 2 credits for a full set for not full lashes. I got a call from Patty saying I could come in for a complimentary correction, I would have my $20 tip refunded, and I would have a credit added back to my account. Fast forward to today, I come in for the fill. My lashes look like straight shit, like maybe 10-15 lashes per eye left only ONE week after my first service. Got my fill and go to check out and the girl says "so it looks like you don't have a credit on your account". Here we go. So 1. I never got the first credit refunded to me as promised and 2. there is obviously not communication in this place whatsoever. The girl goes to the back and then comes out and says the fill is complimentary and they were going to add $45 to my account for products. When it was actually supposed to be $60 since I used 2 $60 credits for the first shitty set. Four years of getting my lashes done here and I cancelled my membership today and am happy I did! I read the reviews before going and was a little nervous. Everyone has a different style and person they prefer. I tried 2 girls then do to scheduling, I got Madison. She by far is my favorite!! She's quick and precise! And makes my lashes look AMAZING every time! Front desk staff, nice & polite. They have individual rooms where you can relax or chat. I used to go to another lash salon where you heard everything and everyone's conversations because of their "emergency room" style layout. I recommend Madison at the Southlake location! read more

Update (9/28/17): I was contacted by Amazing Lash Studio the morning after posting my original review. They offered to completely remove the lashes I had left and do a full replacement for free! I was told that they lashes may not have stayed on as well due to possibly having lashes/glue leftover from when I my first lashes done in Dallas. I scheduled separate appointments to have the lashes removed and replaced. After my lashes were removed I decided to give my natural lashes a break instead of getting more extensions. I was able to cancel my membership and Amazing Lash has offered to refund me for my first month's payment. I really appreciate the great customer service and effort to problem solve! I do recommend Amazing Lash Southlake for great customer service! Original Review: First I would like to point out that the majority of reviews for this location are by people who have not done many other Yelp reviews. I feel that it is my duty as a Yelp Elite to give a fair and honest review and I'm not doing this to get a $10 bonus credit from Amazing Lash. I will be updating my review over the next few months as needed because I got a membership here. I previously had my lashes done at Wink in Dallas. Those lashes lasted nearly 4 weeks before I needed to get a refill. Over the course of a week about 4 lashes fell out after having the service done at Wink. I was happy with the results and hooked on eyelash extensions. I decided I wanted to get a fresh full set before my wedding but didn't have time to go to Dallas. I found Amazing Lash here on Yelp with great reviews and decided to go on a Friday morning. The process of getting a full set of "Gorgeous" lashes took about 90 minutes and I was happy with my look, but it didn't even lash 24 hours! I followed the instructions and did not wet my eye area for 48 hours. I didn't even go to the gym or break a sweat, but less than 24 hours after getting the service done SEVERAL lashes came out. It's as if they weren't glued on at all. One night I woke up to find 12, TWELVE lashes falling off my right lid! By Monday I had lost at least 40 lashes. Compare this to when I got my lashes done at Wink and the lady who did them said she used 80 on each eye. That means if Amazing Lash did the same technique I had already lost half my lashes in 3 days! It was looking like I needed a refill after only a few days. I called Amazing Lash and told them my problem and they scheduled me for a "free" correction. I was supposed to be scheduled for enough time to do an entire set, but the young lady that did my lashes said she only had enough time to do a refill.. She said she used more glue and that the lashes should hold. After the correction my lashes looked more natural than they did gorgeous, but I did like them and they did last through my wedding. I've still lost at least 2 lashes each day since getting a correction and most of the lashes that fall don't seem to be connected to my actual lashes. While getting both the initial set of full lashes and correction refill I was in a room with the door open where I could hear conversations, footsteps, singing, and laughing which really cancelled out the relaxing spa music playing over the speakers. I guess you have to ask them to close the door when doing your service? I look forward to going back to get a refill and updating my review. read more

I had been driving to Dallas from Southlake for 8 years for lash appointments and decided to try closer to home. I mistakenly signed up for the refill 'membership' here which includes 2 visits per month. I tried to cancel after the first appointment because the glue was so terrible. Not only did they fall off easily, but the glue was adhered in one big piece across 1/2 of my eyelid and around all of my lashes. I couldn't not get it off my skin without taking most lashes with it. Elmer's glue would have been better, and I paid $110 for this headache. Asked if they would refund me the difference and just charge me a non-member price for the first visit and they wouldn't do it. read more

It was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions, and from what I heard about this place, I decided I would try it. Automatically, the girl at the front desk was rude. I dont remember her name, but she had black hair and looked pretty young. I scheduled my first appointment for the following day. I came to the appointment, and I met the girl that was doing my lashes, and she was polite. The session was very uncomfortable and It felt like torture to be honest. I dont know if thats how it is supposed to feel, but It was just so itchy and uncomfortable. After the 90 minutes, I was happy with the results. I got the "Cute" lashes. After 2 weeks, my eyelashes are completely gone. I followed all of the instructions, and didnt get them wet for the first 2 days, and did not sweat. I cleaned them, and brushed them every other day, if not more. They said it would last one month. The first picture was taken 2 weeks ago, and the second is from today. I feel that it was a waste of my money for eyelashes that last 2 weeks. I do not plan to come back again, and this was not a good experience for my first time, and I am now uninterested in getting eyelash extensions extensions again. I made appointment and joined thinking it would be great as I get my lashes done about every 2 weeks anyways. First visit with Lindsay was good she explained the condition of my lashes and said it would take a couple visits to get them healthy. On second visit I had to wait 10-15 mins before she was done with another client. but felt like my visit was being rushed as she had another client after me. Then in my third visit I was to be her first client of the day and again I was waiting 15mins, when I asked front desk how long it would be that is when I was informed she wasn't going to be in as she called off for day. So I have cancelled membership. to think that I probably would have been sitting there who knows how long had I not asked. Overall communication seems to be lacking. plus they didn't even seem bothered that I asked to cancel. I am sure there are other great lash experts at this location. Don't bother going here. Within two days I lost 1/3 of my lashes, one eye had significantly more lashes than the other from the beginning, and the lash artist went SO fast without giving the glue time to dry that they all stuck together. I'm a lash artist myself and I know bad practices, and this girl used bad practices. When she glued my eyelashes to each other it caused them to fall out with the fake lashes (since all lashes aren't on the same grow cycle, it pulls them out before their time). Going fast is NOT a good thing. The best artists I know take their time and do the job right. No one can magically make glue dry fast. read more

On Saturday, May 20th I called the location because I had a refill booked, but i realized that morning that I needed a whole new set. Alexis answered and told me she was just about to call me, because the tech they had booked me with was out sick. She told me that if I came in at 4pm she would find me a tech that had time to do a full set, she even put me on hold to ask to tech she was booking me with. Everything was booked, I even arranged to get off work an hour early to make my appointment. I arrive on time, and while I am sitting in the waiting room I hear the receptionist on duty tell two customers about the membership plan, while including they could choose from a 3,6,9, or 12 month plan. (Something I thought they weren't suppose to do). I follow my tech back to her room, and she tells me "so were at doing a one hour fill, correct?", I automatically tell her no, I was scheduled for a full set. She tells me that she gets off at 5 pm and there is no way she will be able to do a full set, since I don't have many lashes left. We go to the front desk and she tells the receptionist on duty that Alexis told her I had about 45% of my lashes left and she would be able to do a fill within a hour. I am thankfully that the receptionist did call the manger and my fill that day was free, however I ended up receiving about a 35 min fill since it took a while to work it out the the receptionist at the front desk, and my lashes still looked pitiful. Not only was mothers day that Sunday but I also had a my own college graduation to attend on Tuesday, I ended up having to go to a different location. This location is close to where I live, and I do love how my lashes look. It seems that the only time I have a bad experience is when Alexis is involved. read more

The receptionist was really nice and answered all the question I had. I forgot who did my lashes but she was incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable since it was my first time. However it's only been fours days and my right eye has already lost most of its lashes. From the start, the lashes on my right eye looked the most wonky and I had some begin to fall out on the second day of having them. Trust me, I also made sure I followed the instructions on caring for them. So yeah I'm a little bummed out since it was my first time and now I'm gonna have to buy individual lashes because I see no point in going back to pay for a refill when it's only been four days. /: Update: Went back for a free correction the day before my vacation and two days into it my lashes were halfway gone. I called about this earlier during my vacation and the receptionist tried to sell me a refill at a discounted price but I was so done with these lashes. They're more of a hassle than a benefit, it's totally sucks that I tried so hard to take care of them and they still continued to fall. I'm coming home tomorrow after being gone a week and I have no lash extensions left except for two. My natural lashes are damaged and missing. I ended up with less lashes than I started with. I'm so sad and self conscious of my lashes now because my natural lashes are GONE. I have always had such a great experience here. Precilla is my lash stylist, and she's absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is friendly and extremely helpful, and my lashes look great! I have gotten lash extensions in the past and experienced loss and/or tearing of my natural lashes so I was hesitant to get them again... However, I have not had any of those problems since coming to Amazing Lash! Would love to put zero stars. I started a membership with them to try lashes for the first time. My first set was great but after that they did a less than ok job on my lashes. The girl did a poor job telling me how to care for my lashes and being that they were my first set, I would have appreciated more instruction. When I realized that I was unhappy with the service and didn't feel like paying all that money for half-ass lashes, I filled out a form to cancel my membership. 3 months later I get a text saying my account is about to reactivate. I call the studio and they said my account had just been put on a 3 month freeze after I made it perfectly clear that I wanted to cancel my membership, and they had me fill out forms to do so. Very sketchy and unprofessional. Clearly not looking out for the customer, just looking for a way to lock you in to their payment plan. I'm very disappointed and upset with the experiences I have gotten at this location.. The girls and management are extremely inconsistent with their business and policies at the front desk. I had a issue with appointments being scheduled incorrectly. I have had a issue with a late fee $30 coming out of my account for a appointment on 10/19 I wasn't supposed to be scheduled for and have yet to get that money back.. I called the girl back as soon as i heard her saying i missed appointment I wasn't supposed to be scheduled for and nothing was said about giving the $30 back. No hey I'm sorry we took this out but we are putting it back. I have been having so many issues and decided to cancel my membership only because their customer service is bad. I asked if there was something they could do to make up for the bad experiences I've had, and Mia a manager said in 7-10 business days i could get a refund for my services $59.98 on 10/20. It's day 10 so I call to check on this because I still haven't gotten my money back and now Annie another manager is saying no that's not policy there's no notes of this and she will have to call me back. I have had them say they will call me back before and they never do. I would really like this to be resolved. It's very frustrating to be told one thing and then told another without even a apology. And they cut you off while talking and don't let you tell them what's going on. I hate I even started a membership with this company. I have never yelled or cussed the girls out at the front desk but I can see why now it happens because they just do not care. They do not own up to their mistakes they instead try to blame it on you. I liked my lashes however do not let them convince to sign for a membership unless you plan to use it. I went there in mid October and they insisted I get the membership even though I let them know I was not from that area and there was not an Amazing Lash Studio in Odessa,Texas. The lady said just get it so you can get a discount and call to cancel before October 31st. I called on October 29th at 9:58am to let them know I needed to cancel. I was asked for my email so they could send me a cancellation form. Never got the form and I called back November the 4th to ask why I did not get my form. Was told she didn't email to me so she was doing it that day. After all was said and done the manager decided she would not be processing a refund per the notes in the system. Every time I call to speak to her she happens to be out. I don't think it's fair they get to keep my money because their employee failed to email the form the day I asked to cancel. I had lash extensions done here one time last year and they started falling out the next day. I think I lost most of them in like a week. When I told them about it, they immediately issued me a refund and also refunded my membership. The customer service is great! I got my wedding lashes done and made sure to do a long consult to explain exactly what I was wanting. I showed pictures and am an avid strip lash wearer so I showed pictures of what I typically wear day to day. My tech was sweet but they did not turn out like we had talked up. I ended up having to go somewhere else and pay an additional $100 to get them fixed on top of the $119 I had already paid. I went a second time to give it another shot since I had a free refill and saw another tech. She was super nice and they looked good, but they started to shed that day. I decided I wanted to cancel and called to cancel as I was quarantining and was told I had to come in but could be approved to sign the cancellation paper via email if I showed proof of quarantine. The girl on the phone said her manager was gone but would call me Monday. I explained I didn't want to wait bc I didn't want to be forgotten about and charged $119. She said she would leave a not promised I'd be called on Monday. It is now Thursday and I have yet to hear back from anyone and my account is due to be credited in 1 or 2 days for the $119. read more

She has the knowledge it takes and will answer any question no matter how silly you may think it is without making you feel silly. I actually drive past 2 other locations close to me from west Fort Worth to Southlake just to see Shaundra. I enjoy our visits and refuse to let anyone else book me. I've gotten my lashes done quite a bit and they would always fall out within 2 weeks or so, but when I got them done here for the first time they lasted an entire month without a fill! Linda does my lashes & I highly recommend her! She doesn't put them too close to your lash line so I don't feel them at all, only when the wind blows lol. I had been going to ALS at Alliance for many months and battled lash loss right out the door and could not get my lash expert to do my lashes my way. I went to the lash location for a full set and got the new girl, Kristen. She had been found lashes for about 6-8 weeks! My lashes are perfect and I have not lost one lash in two days. I was greeted warmly upon arrival to the salon by Brittany the manager. They play soft spa type music. None of the annoying music the other place plays. Nice fluffy blankets and no freezing cold rooms. I couldn't wait until they opened to call Brittany the day after my appointment to let her know how happy I was with my experience at her store and that I will be back. read more
