Okay no problem. At 1:30 pm I told them to cancel my appointment and I left. If you know you have a 1:15 pm appointment, why are you not back in time? The seat I was on was comfortable and came with your go-to chair massage. They were not overly busy, but they didn't seem to have a large staff, so I suggest making an appointment despite walk-ins being welcomed. I paid $45 for the lava massage, which came with a foot massage, leg massage, hot stone, and a scrub. I opted for regular nail polish; there will be an upcharge for additional services, so, as usual, keep a tab on what you ask for. They do serve drinks and have a 2-drink per customer limit.
