Oh my gosh. Amazing. Life saver. Game changer! Emily rescued my lashes today after I had a horrible experience at Let's Makeup in Southlake. She had to remove the set I had on and replace them with a full set and there is a world of difference! I absolutely LOVE my new lashes and I can't even feel them at all! I was always very fearful of damage from having lash extensions and was hesitant to try it until I saw that the place in Southlake was having a special so I gave it a shot and it was a disaster. So many lashes were glued together and pulling on other lashes, there was so much adhesive on them that they felt stiff and crunchy, they actually hurt when I blinked at times. Since it was my first experience with lashes I really didn't know what to expect but thought surely this wasn't normal so after asking around I was referred to Emily at Main Street Beauty Boutique and she was so great! She is the owner of the place and really knows her stuff! I got a brand new set of lashes put on and they look and feel fabulous. They are the perfect length, so much fuller, and 100x softer. Healthy Lashes: As I said before I am terrified of long term damage to my lashes and I ask a million questions during the process. Emily kindly {and patiently} answered all of my questions and really knows her stuff. She takes great care in making sure her lashes are placed properly so they don't damage the natural lashes and she doesn't use too much glue. After removing my botched set she had me look over my remaining lash line to make sure everything looked mostly like it use to before continuing because if I had too much damage she wanted to put me in lash rehab to make sure they weren't too damaged from the previous place. Beautiful Lashes: From what I've learned most places do a lash count and charge you based on that count but Emily lashes until they are full and perfect. She is meticulous and makes sure each lash is perfect and you look your best. Emily is a perfectionist and continues to learn new techniques but only offers new services once she has truly perfected it. I am so happy and relieved that I found this place and would recommend it to everyone! They have a quaint, relaxing, beautiful place and even do airbrush tanning, facials and waxing... this just might be my new go-to place for it all!!! read more

I can't comment on the work they perform however, the customer service was definitely not up to par. On their website it states if you cancel within 24 hrs of your appt you will be charged 50% of your services and no shows at 100%. With that said, I was sent a TEXT message at 10:01 am an hour prior to my appt time at 11 am asking if I could reschedule to later that evening around 6 or tomorrow due to two girls calling in sick. I responded within 6 mins later by saying I wasn't able to do so I would be on vacation the next day, sent another message 20 mins later (the time I would need to leave), called 3 times in between and received no response back until 11:44 am by the owner stating she would accommodate my schedule. By that time I had called several other businesses trying to get squeezed in. The wonder sent another message at 1:05pm saying she was sorry for the inconvenience. read more
