DO NOT GO HERE, I live out of state and I went here to a get a root touch up. The receptionist left my name and number for someone available to do it. I went in a couple days later did my service and left. However the next day I notice my hair had a green tint to it. Instead of doing my roots brown she manage to dye my hair blue/green. I was really upset asked for a full refund. I couldn't go in to fix cause of my strict schedule. She did not apologize or made me feel at ease about it. I was in the shower and BLUE was coming out!! I began getting haircuts with him over 20 years ago as I accompanied my wife as she was doing "lady things" there; e.g., nails, hair styling, etc. Rhonda does some of the lady things like nails, pedicures. So I've called multiple times since 8/13 with no answer and then finally talked to a stylist on 8/14 that said I would get a call back and no one ever called. So I called again multiple times last Wednesday 8/19 to see if I could get an appointment on 8/22 and actually talked to Heidi the owner on who said she would call me back and here it is Wednesday 8/26 and she never called back. This is our second visit. The first I came was in January 2014. My hair was a mess and Courtney made it look beautiful. I could not stop running my fingers through my silky, smooth, thick, long hair. I have a lot of trouble finding someone I can trust. Courtney made me feel right at home and listened to what I wanted. Today, my 13 year young daughter is here. I can see she feels right at home and relaxed. I can see and hear Courtney talk with my daughter listening to exactly what my princess wants. I can't wait for the end results. I have been going to Morgan Martinez for years as I have curly hair and Mo always knows how to cut it so it lays well, she has also colored my hair several times and I get so many compliments, I'm the one with the rose-gold hair! I didn't even get to have an appointment. I walked in to ask for a consult and no one was available to sit down with me as there was only one person there. She took down my info and said she would have someone reach out to me. An hour later someone did and as we were discussing prices she said it was $55 for a cut, upon explaining I don't have much hair I just want a trim, she said a cut was a cut no matter what. To me, that's a rip off. You could go anywhere else and pay 15-25 dollars for a trim. But $55? Let me just clarify the woman I spoke to her name is MORGAN. Now once I talked to my husband he said, I'll pay for the color if you wanna pay for the cut, I texted her not even 15 minutes after I told her to have a great day, saying let's do it! This was at 5:30pm. She responded to me at 9 in the morning saying she didn't like my response and said the next person wasn't going to be as nice. Excuse me? Is that how you keep clients and a business going? Being rude and extremely, excuse my French, but bitchy? Yeah, thank god we didn't end up making an appointment I wouldn't have had anything nice to say to her. Over priced for a haircut. Maybe another girl would have been better but I don't recommend trying to get MORGAN. I'll take my money and business elsewhere for someone who will probably be more respectful and not so overpriced. read more

Debi was totally accommodating to me -- I was flying into Dallas for a busines trip and was in dire need of a haircut and had only a specific window of time to get a haircut. I was out in Grapevine from out of town for a business event at The Gaylord and wanted an updo for a formal evening event. The Gaylord's Relache Spa was just too expensive so I researched online for other salons nearby and found Heidi's. The cost for various salon services were right around my normal budget at Heidi's salon so I called and made an updo appointment with their hair stylist Rhonda. I arrived Sat afternoon for my 1:30 appointment. I have medium length hair, roughly sits midback and I wanted it all up in curls. Rhonda began promptly at 1:30 and I was done at 2pm. It was unbelievable how fast Rhonda worked her magic on my hair!!! I have never had a stylist be that fast and be that good at what she does. My friend who was with me also had her updo done by Rhonda and she also was done within a half hour. I didnt have any pictures other than something I quickly found in one of their books but she had a vision of what to do with my hair and she made me look absolutely stunning. She even threw in silver glitter spray. She made me look amazing and I got a ton of compliments that evening!! The staff at this salon are wonderful, kind and sweet and just awesome at what they do. You are in good hands with anyone you work with at this salon!! A few weeks later I was out in California for a wedding and had an updo done at a local salon by my hotel out there and the lady took an hour and a half to give me roughly the same up do style Rhonda gave...hour and a half for cryign out loud! And it wasn't nearly as good and neat as Rhonda made it so trust me when I saw Rhonda is probably the best hair stylist out there in Texas!! read more

Laura, who did my eyebrows, was great. I've gone to here twice now and have anther appointment coming up in September. The girl who cut my hair was no great shakes. She wasn't very creative at all.
