The salon was immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my lash tech was truly amazing. I was so relaxed the entire time--I honestly didn't want the session to end. I'm beyond happy with how my lashes turned out. They look natural, beautiful, and full... exactly what I wanted. And the best part? It's going to save me so much time--no more mascara! I paid $250 to look worse than I did coming in. I booked a lash lift and tint with a brow lamination and tint. The lash lift is great, no complaints. But the tint was not properly applied down the full length of my lashes, which caused an unappealing stripe effect. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I got home. My brow lamination left my hairs very coily and unattainable. The dye was placed so sloppily on my brows/forehead that I had to clean up when I got home. I had more defined brows before that now look like two blocks on my forehead- I just feel like they were over lined. I left happy assuming my brows would look normal by now but it's 3 days later and they still look so much worse than before and the lamination did not stick what so ever. It lowkey made them so much harder to manage. Also the only thing they offered was to redo the tinting on my eyelashes. For which i declined because I want to keep all my lashes. My tech my was nice, fast, and professional but I wish I would have cancelled my appointment. read more

Ugh. I don't know why I didn't trust the overall rating for this place. If you're reading this trying to decide to come here, trust the overall rating. There's a reason why they rate low and here is part of the reason why.... First of all, I booked my appointment way in advance (about a month out) to ensure I'd get the technician that was recommended to me by a friend. When you book an appointment, you can select the technician, so that's what I did. When I arrived to my appointment, a different girl came up to bring me back. When I asked why I was with someone else, they informed me that the girl I was originally scheduled with would not be in until later and that she was fully booked. So even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to see her that day. It would have been nice if they gave me a heads up so I could reschedule earlier!! I was very disappointed and very worried that the girl I was put with wouldn't do as well as a job. I was right. She didn't. In fact, I was highly disappointed with her work. Nice girl who did a thorough job, but I did not like the results. I wouldn't have stayed but I took time off and drove all the way out there. Long story short, management was apologetic but did say that "I should have specifically requested the girl I wanted when I made the appointment ". Ummm, I did! They let me get an "adjustment" to my lashes but I still wasn't happy. And then they offered to completely remove them and try again for another $30. No thank you. I've already wasted enough time and money and after getting the "adjustment" done a second time, I don't believe third time would be the charm. Pay the extra money and go see Molly at Lash Ink. You can book with her online and they won't do the switcheroo last minute. read more

The lash technician who did my lashes was great! However, the front desk receptionist was not helpful. I had rescheduled my lash appointment twice and she said my credit was applied towards that. Never have I had credits taken for rescheduling when I went to another AmazingLash studio. Additionally, nobody told me this would happen when I'd call to reschedule. I wouldn't have gone if I knew my credit was gone. She claimed that this was their locations policy, but after asking to read the policy I noticed it said absolutely nothing about rescheduling. I pointed that out and expressed my disappointment and frustration, yet she did not care. I asked when a manager would be in to discuss this and she replied by saying she doesn't know. This was totally unexpected and different from any experience I've had with the company before. I've never heard of being charged for a reschedule. On top of that I got charged twice. I know that is probably due the card reader, but it only builds up my frustrations. read more

I've been getting my lashes done here since Sept '22 (its Mar '23) and have a stylist that I like but she doesn't work Thursdays. Since I needed an appointment on Thursday I went to the website and booked the first available stylist. It showed the same price I usually pay and sent my confirmation email with the date/time (no price). When I showed up the girl at the front desk was on the phone with a client, looked at me and said my name, I said yes, then she said you're all checked in you can go wash your lashes. I walked to the back and when I came out my stylist called me to the room. After the appointment I went up front to pay and the girl told me they were charging a $30 master stylist fee. I asked why and she said the stylist went to extra training and is faster. I said the price I was shown when booking was $150. She went to the back and said there was nothing she could do. Another woman came out and said they have a sign over there (pointed to a register I was not at and no sign where I checked in) and that they take their fees seriously. I repeated what I was quoted and she said well our website doesn't show it and we probably didn't tell you when you came in because you're not a new customer. I asked if it goes directly to the stylist and she said yes. She later changed her story to say half goes to the stylist and half goes to the business. The whole situation just feels like a scam and who knows what other hidden fees they might make up. Not to mention it's a terrible business practice to lose a client worth potentially thousands over $30 but unfortunately for them there are plenty of lash stylists in the area. If they would've just apologized and taken responsibility, even as little as just $5 off to acknowledge their mistake and website error, I would've stayed as a client with my normal lash stylist. Maybe even for no discount if they were really nice but to argue and never apologize, no thank you. Tip for the business: if you can't figure out how to make your website show who is a master stylist so at least there is some idea that clients are booking a different service just add it as part of the stylists name read more

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Poor quality services and serious lack of professionalism. Paid $200 for a lash lift and brow lam, my right eyelash isn't even curled. The brows are just brushed up, no shape. The technician didn't ask what I would like, not to mention she didn't even CLEAN my lashes prior to service. Mind you this was a "Master" technician. Alyssa does amazing work! This was my 1st time, I was recommended from 2 friends. I loved it! I was a smidge annoyed that I didn't get in right at my scheduled appointment time but when I saw my tech was dealing with a "difficult" customer right before me I was very understanding. It was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep 2 times. Afterwards she handed me a mirror and took notes of my comments to put in my file for next visit. So, I really felt like I needed to update my review since July as much has changed. Honestly, I really wanted to love the studio but I had to stop my membership 4 months earlier because the quality of the service is just not up to par. My lashes would only last 4 days whether it's a full set or refill despite diligently caring for them and using their products to wash. I wear makeup so infrequently that it's not even a factor. The last straw was for a special occasion I had on 12/14/2019. I had a full set completed on 12/8/2019 and I promise you by Wednesday, I barely had lashes remaining that multiple persons brought it to my attention. I laughed it off feeling embarrassed then promptly drove to the studio to cancel my membership. Just not worth the money. I have been getting lashes done with amazing lash studio for quite some time for the twice a month refill last time I came in the receptionist Donna was checking out multiple clients before me when I was finished with my service before them. She wasn't the only receptionist at the front there was also another girl that wouldn't check me out either. Waited 30 minutes to get checked out. She also asked for my name multiple times and called me a different name. She was saying I was no longer a member when I have bank statements to prove they have been pulling money out of my bank account. Amazing lash studio does have great lash technicians and customer service. my lashes after getting up from the table were beautiful; however, after my lash experience my eyelashes fell out 10-15 each day and at day 5-6; they were thin and had gaps in multiple places. I was unable to wait 2 weeks for my appt and was unsure if I still wanted to continue getting lash extensions. I cancelled my appt because I barely had eyelashes left to get a refill and now went from considering to get a membership to not getting one at all. I made appointment for 9:30am On Saturday and they called to ask where I was at 9am and then when I showed up For my 11am appt they said it was at 12. Clearly whoever answers the phone is a moron who can't read or is intentionally a jerk. I think the girls name who did mine was Caitlin - she's horrible. Legit horrible. She hurt me physically and I think she was pulling my natural lashes out. She didn't take her time and there are barely any new ones on after I paid $100 for a fill. There is glue all over my bruised eyelid and she completely just skipped the inner or outer corners - looks horrible. Do not go here. Run if you get Caitlyn. Also some other girl that did them the time before sneezed on my face. So I spent like an hour laying there covered in her snot. read more

I should have read the reviews here before I booked my appointment. I got lashes three weeks ago and the initial results I was pretty satisfied with. I went back two weeks later and got a refill after being urged to join the membership. I still has a good percentage of the lashes on both eyes however I had developed a nasty rash on my eyelids from the wash that they suggest you to buy. After my refill appointment my eyelids literally were peeling off. There was skin that was falling into the lashes from my upper eyelids. Four days later lashes were falling out rapidly. I followed all instructions I did not get them wet for 72 hours and by day 4 I was brushing them again with the brush that they suggest you buy. I too, had Kaitlyn, who like previous reviews have stated ignores the outer corner of your eyes, and the lashes were extremely sparse. I called today to ask about canceling my membership because I cannot see me paying the membership fee every month for lashes that I can buy at Walgreens and place on my lids myself. I was being told I had to come in to process my cancellation. This was not told to me when I signed up when I signed up I was told that as long as I gave a 30 day notice I could cancel with no issues. Now I am being told I have to drive down there and cancel in person. I truly wish I had read all of the poor reviews that the studio had prior to me walking in there. Had I I read them I would not have darkened their doorstep. Epic waste of money will not be returning will be calling my credit card company to cancel my card and if I never see an amazing lash studio again it would be too soon. read more

When I went to leave they said I'd be paying $75.00 for today! I went to this salon in wesley chapel to remove my lash extensions. Michelle was the tech. This has been the WORSE experience ever! She applied the product on my eye and told me not to open my eyes. She then started to pull on my lashes forcing my eye open. My eyes began to burn and she went on to flush them out. Applied more product, again my eyes burned. She then walked me to the bathroom with my eyes closed so I could wash them off with foam. When I opened my eyes I had chuncks of glue remover inside my eyes and product on my eyelid. I was horrified and shaking in the bathroom as I wash my eyes out. At this point she is cleaning the room I was in. I left the salon scared of a chemical burn as my eyes were burning and swollen. I got home and had to use olive oil to remove the residue on my lashline. Honesly horrible experience. This lady had no interest in helping me feel better and to make sure My eyes were fine. She never waited for the product to take effect and just went on to pull on my lashes leaving bold spots and never washed the product off. Im horrified, cant explain this enough. read more

I have been getting my lashes done for years all over the country. Volume lashes. I just moved here and made the mistake of not doing my homework first. I went in with real volume lashes and came out nearly bald. My technician Katelyn was not friendly, rough on my eyes and had every excuse why she couldn't do my lashes correctly. She has no business doing volume lashes because she does not know what she is doing. This place needs to learn what real "volume" lashes are. How about look on Instagram and hire people who are experienced in lashes. I was horrified with the end result. Will never go to this place again. I've been going to the Amazing Lash Studio since it first opened earlier this year and I have always had a great experience and fantastic customer service. I signed up for their membership and go every 2-3 weeks for refills. Ashley is the only lash tech I go to, she is so detail oriented, gentle while applying, and makes my lashes look absolutely perfect every time! Sometimes people will push their products on you to make a commission, and i was pretty hesitant at first but even the products that Ashley recommended have actually been really useful. My extensions started falling out a lot more than normal the last couple months and she recommended using the sleeping mask and lash strengthener they sell and I've had less lash fallout since using it. I also recommend looking into their foam eye cleanser if you don't have one already to wash your lashes, a little bit of that stuff goes a long way.
