Contacted this woman who is supposed to be the owner and the worker who applied the lash extensions on me, and went back and forth multiple times about her poor quality of work. She seemed to offer (through vague language ) half the refund. After my pointing out the full failure of her work and failure at consultation (she should've pointed out if I was not a candidate of here work or she could not deliver the promised service). it seemed to a point that she would issue my refund. NOPE. No refund at all. I had to jump through many hoops to get my financial institute involved to dispute her BAD eyelash extension service and WORST customer service.
