I went to this nail place with my sister for her birthday! The staff were very kind upon us walking in. We told them what we wanted (me: dip manicure and gel pedicure, sister: gel-x extensions manicure and builder gel just added to her pedicure). The guy I got (I think if I remember his name was Jackson?) was very kind and made sure I found the color that was closest to what I wanted. Took his time for the pedicure for sure but it was almost as if he was taking too much time but it still looks good. Then I went over to his table for him to start the manicure and he took his time with that too. He commented that sometimes it takes longer because he takes his time and I'm like yes I can see that lol. My only dislike was with my hands because he kept on filing the sides and making them as small as he could because that "looked better" in his opinion. I'm used to a fuller nail and so it looked a little awkward towards the end. Total time at the nail place for both of us was a little over 3 hours, which was a long time for me personally but the outcome was nice. I would say if you're in the Wesley Chapel area and need a nail place, go here. It will take a little longer if you're used to faster nail places but they make sure you leave with what you wanted and looking good! read more

I found this place and I'm glad I did! They've been in business for 23 years. Family owned. John did a very nice job on my pedicure. The daughter of the owners, Lynda, did an excellent job on my nails. She was the only one there who could do the design I wanted. They're a little disorganized, but take the extra steps to make sure you get what you're looking for. Nice environment. Reason for 4 stars: Nicked my cuticle once on nails and hurt me once on my toes. They both were apologetic and attentive to the mistakes. read more

I went with my sister who hasn't gotten her nails done in over 10 years. She was very excited. I've been going to Grand Nail Spa for some time now and always had a great experience. I wanted to go to a closer salon (most of the time I take a break from work to go). The lady who did my nails was a bit pushy (but nice), insisting I get French, when I told her to take off the white strip on my toes only, because I didn't like it (it was way to thick for my taste) she said, "But this is my time" HELLO THIS IS MY TIME TOO. My nails broke 4 days later. My sister's nails look like Chiclets gum but in hot pink. She asked to get them filed thinner but he did not do much filing at all. Lydia did reschedule my sister to fix her nails but when it was time for her appointment my sister didn't want to go back. Thank you Lydia for reaching out to my sister. They are nice people but a bit unorganized. Maybe don't let it be the guy who got bad reviews before do a first time customer's nails. I came here after reading reviews but I should of asked for Brianna. I tipped 18% although I was not happy! Don't be so pushy and if the customer wants you to file 10 times then they should file until the customer is happy. The guy who did my sister's nails was shaking his head "no" on our way out like HE was unhappy. Needless to say we will not be returning. read more

Great experience! I dropped in without an appointment and they were ready and willing to accommodate me. I also had my THREE children aged 11, 6 and 1 with me and I didn't get any weird looks or uncomfortable stares from people when I usually go somewhere with my Brady Bunch. My two older kids found a corner to sit where they could be out of the way and use their electronic devices. My 1 year old daughter sat with me at the pedicure chair. Again, as a busy mom who's always on the go and who always has her kids with her I felt good that no one seemed upset that I brought my kids. My nail tech was the sweetest lady named Mai. We bonded over my daughter as she informed me that she was expecting a granddaughter any day now! I had to nurse my daughter frequently during my pedicure and Mai did not seem bothered one bit. It's such a great feeling being able to get some much needed pampering in and doing it by any means necessary aka bringing your three kids with you. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely go back! This nail salon is located on 54 in the Bealls Outlet and Ace Hardware store strip mall. Easy to locate and plenty of parking. Open 9 AM - 7 PM Mon thru Sat, & 11 AM - 5 PM Sunday, walk-ins are welcome at this salon that has been open 20+ years. In late July, I stopped in for a pedicure on a whim. Thankfully, management accepted a walk-in. The owner was very friendly, & he spent a great deal of time on my feet-- approximately 1 hr. The amount of care he provided was impressive. And the massaging salon chair was very much appreciated-- one of the better massage chairs. However, after paying approximately $40 for gel nails ($2 higher than my usual salon charges), I noticed too quickly that the polish was thin & it was gradually disappearing from the top area of my nails. I've never had such thin & temporary gel nail polish used on my feet. This is the first time I require my toenails be repainted in just two 2.5 wks time; normally my salon has to pretty much drill the hard polish from my nails...at times three months later! I definitely will not return to this salon, which is unfortunate since the owner was so nice & spent so much time on my pedicure. However, a pedicure is only as good as the polish used, & my $40 mauve toenails look terrible after a short period of time. It was $40 wasted. Definitely NOT "A Nails." More like C Nails. read more

I just moved to this area and looked at the reviews before going but I was sincerely disappointed. I did a gel french mani and just a regular gel pedi, while my daughter did a french pedi with acrylic tips. All together we spent $230.00 including tips. My mani and pedi was done by their learning tech and looking at the results I could have done better at home as it looked like a child did it. My daughter nails and toes was a lot better as they more professional people did theirs . But for spending $100.00 for a mani and pedi and have it looking so amateurish to say the least will not make me visit this place again. read more
