Bad service from Asia...do not waste your money. Asia is rude and nasty. She us at Lutz location. I asked for stileto nails. I received wide roynd nails. They looked so bad her co workers tried to fix them after she left mid way into service. She had someone else finish my pedicure. As low class as can be! read more

I don't normally do this but I had a terrible experience and just wanted to bring awareness. Today was my first day at that nail salon and I will never be returning nor will I recommend it. I had an appointment at 12:30 (I showed up at 12 and I told them that I'd wait) the gentleman at the front (Andy) was kind at first and told me I can sit and they'll take me. At first, they were busy but I appreciated that they were so attentive given that I showed up earlier than what I had asked for. When the guy (Mike) had started doing my nails, he asked if I liked and I said yes because it started off good! The final result looked completely different. I never spoke up because I didn't want to embarrass him. I left very unhappy with my service so my husband called them and the man at the front (Andy) told him to have me come back and he'd do my nails himself. when I get there, I asked for him and that's where it all started feeling a little weird to me. He asked me what my problem was and I just explained that the end result is not what I expected. In his words he said "That's how French is supposed to look so what do you want to do." I told him in the nicest way possible trying to avoid conflict that French is not supposed to be very crooked, thick, and finishing half way on the toenail. They made me sit down and he told the lady across from me (JC) what the problem was. Although I didn't understand them, I told by the body language that they were all annoyed and she kept looking at me shaking her head and looked mad. I asked if instead of putting them behind schedule and having her redo my French tip, if they can just paint the whole nail the one color. She proceeds to tell me that if I want that I have to pay $15+. She tried doing the french but made them even thicker. I told her to just paint the nail and id pay the difference. That's when she got nasty and said "I tried fixing it for you since you wanted to come back and complain but since you want something different you're going to have to wait". Both JC and Andy kept looking at me and talking to the point where every employee started looking at me and nodding their heads. At the end, they saw how distressed I was from the poor customer service I had just endured so they didn't end up charging me anything. I never got nasty with them, called them any names, or even made the slightest face of disappointment around them. Instead I still walked in with a positive attitude and kept apologizing. Hopefully everyone else has a good experience, this one was just mine and I will not be returning. read more

Horrible pedicure horrible builder gel refilled or gel x. Doesn't even look like i had a pedicure today shameful.

Love going to this place, always clean and friendly. Tracy is my favorite there, she is wonderful each and every time!

I had acrylic done with a cute beach design. There was no wait. The workers are super nice to their client, and they check up on you regularly. The environment was beautiful, and very clean. I definitely recommend this nail salon. read more

my wife and mother in law went here to get their nails done and couldn't stop raving about the service and how their nails turned out!!

If 0 stars was an option that's exactly what I'd pick. My wife came in for a pedicure and asked for French and they messed it up and my wife came back so they could fix it. The manager Andy who I spoke to on the phone said it's fine they'll fix it for free and everything. As my wife comes back in to get it fixed they now say it's $15 so they can fix their own mistake. The nail tech JC proceeded to laugh at my wife and tell her it going to look worse if they fix it and then spoke in another language to the nail techs and was laughing and pointing at my wife to the other nail techs. Which than they proceeded to finally tell my wife now it's free to fix their mistake because they seen her upset. I asked if they're was anyway to speak to the owner about this matter because no one way should multiple employees be pointing and laughing at my wife in front of other customers and Andy said that everything goes through him to reach out to the owner so some how some way I hope the owner see's this and would hold their employees accountable at the least. read more
