Their tire shine is nothing but an axle grease-based material which just throws globs this crap all over my rims, so I decided not to continue with them. Was on the CapitalOne website and discovered these crooks charged my card again, without permission and now I have to spend time fixing this issue. Update 5/28/26 After getting the fraudulent charge reversed and contacting them not to charge my card these criminals went ahead and charged it AGAIN! Car and rims were cleaned poorly. Had to go over the rims again myself to clean them so I could use brake dust repellent "CERAKOTE Rapid Ceramic Wheel Sealant" on the rims. Trim at the bottom of both fenders were never even touched. If you're going to charge more than double what an automated car wash does, you need to do much better job than you do.

The wash was good the used the pressure washer on the front to get a lot of the bugs off before I went through the wash. Car came out shiney and the tires looked great! The parking lot has some smaller pot holes but the vacuums were strong. I was surprised when one of their employees came to me to ask if I had time to rewash to get more of the bugs off, I hadn't even said anything to anyone! Top knotch. This place is amazing!
