Terrible experience. The owner misjudged the amount of boxes we had and on moving day, about a third of our items didn't make it on the moving truck. Owner blamed us. My husband had to make a return trip from Idaho back to WA at our own expense, rent a second moving van, and make sure the remaining items made it to our new destination. We went without necessities for an additional week which was a hardship. The picture is of our brand new recumbent bike that was beat up during the move as were other furniture items, although not as bad as this one. No offer to work with us for compensation even after filing a complaint. read more

They never showed up, never answered text messages or phone. It's been 5 days and no one has called us to apologize or explain. I cannot recommend this business. read more

Let's just say it was a myriad of errors on the company's part. Two employees totally messed up a long distant move. Timothy had quit so there was no oversight. The owner tried making it all better afterwards with some $ compensation but many many many pieces of furniture were ruined and not protected during the move. This all happened a couple of years ago, in 2023, but I still find damaged pieces. Hindsight is 2020 as they say. Just keep on top of what's happening. Don't take anything for granted. read more

This company lives up to its name 100%!!!!! It is complete perfection in every sense of the word. From the moment I spoke to Nate on the phone; this company was one of the best I have ever hired! After a brief conversation on the phone; Nate asked me to fill out the information on the website,and he would get back to me. Within 15 minutes, he called me and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to hire one of his 26 foot trucks, and 2 workers to drive from Washington state to Northern California with all of my belongings. He did not go any higher or lower than the original estimate, and was an articlulate, undertanding intelligent and kind mover who was perfect all the way. Two guys, Timothy Tull and Chad Ward, showed up precisely on time, quickly and carefully placed all our boxes and furniture into the truck, and then just as quickly drove down to Pleasanton, CA and delivered our goods. The bwo guys were not only very articulate; but funny and considerate movers. They are the best!!!!! It was a great pleasure to work with these two men and Amazing Movers 360. They made this large move, easily and painless. They both are truly an asset to the organization, and Larry and I feel we both made new friends. I had a local but complicated move - and as it was the end of July of this year, companies were booked out beyond my move date. Called Amazing Movers and it was the start of that Amazing Move :). Tim was so responsive and had a quote/date for me that day. Met Sean and Chad and my storage place at 8am sharp, and they got right to work, first loading boxes from one space and furniture from another (which required them basically moving out a LOT of furniture not going with me, and re-moving it back in). Then to the house I was moving from, to offload some of what I had in storage, and loading up more boxes, bedroom and office furniture, then finally to my new place, unload all, then back to the old place to get artwork, back to the new place, then back to storage for something I don't even remember now, lol. We were done by 2pm! They were professional, warm, friendly, and worked HARD, and didn't roll one eye to any of my "oh, by the way's" or "I forgot about's". Just the BEST working with them! We moved from Bremerton to Keyport as a military family. They damaged thousands of dollars of our belongings-gouges, chips, and scrapes...terrible! We paid full coverage & were told our claim if accepted would be reduced significantly-not replacement value as paid. Their staff quit; and they lost our claim and all our documents. No military discount as advertised. I hope they improve so other military families don't have to deal with this terrible situation & customer service. read more

If I could give their business a negative 5 I would. After a moving misunderstanding, I called to ask a question, a very rude gentleman answered, did not answer my question and proceeded to hang up on me. Mind you, I was not yelling, speaking meanly or accusatory, I was asking for an answer to a question, and his response was a dial tone. I have dealt with numerous movers over my years and have never been treated so rudely. Shame on them and their company. Their customer service is not amazing and I hope they deal with that employee, and going forward they teach future employees to speak to customers kindly and with class. Shame on you. read more
