I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". Their quote was very accurate, and when adjustments needed to be made to better fit my timeline and the safety of the moving team it was communicated effectively. No changes were made without my approval and all of it was provided in writing with comparisons and an excellent break down of each option. After the move, and prior to charging my credit card, I was contacted to let me know that the quote had factored in $200 too much in fuel charges and that it would be removed from the upcoming bill.
