Now the electric Raypak Heater was under a 5-year warranty. After uncovering my pool and getting it ready for a swim, I found the Raypak had a leak. I called Leslie Pool, and they stated they do not work on electric Raypak heaters. I was upset and asked, " What do you mean you don't work/service the electric Raypak Heater! I was told to call the Raypak dealer because Leslie Pool would only service propane or gas Raypak Heaters. At the time of purchase at Lelsie Pool, no one explained this to me prior to my purchase. I would never purchase an item, have it installed, and then have the same company not honor the warranty or service the equipment they are selling. Veterans and my fellow community friends, beware of Leslie Pool.

He didn't remove the old liner or sludge, etc that had settled - I did that myself. Over 3 months have passed and we've received excuse after excuse about backorders, canceling the order, getting the liner from a different manufacturer, getting a refund, etc. In September, Mr. Prince said the liner would arrive October 1, 2022. He stopped communicating completely after that. Today is October 11th. No liner. No $2400. No contact from Prince Pools. I started searching the internet for licensing (which should have been done prior). I find no business license with the Georgia SOS. Go figure.

Tyler made great suggestions on where to place the heater as well as moving some other equipment as well. We switched to Elite for pool maintenance after the heater install because we found Elite very easy to work with and conscientious. I am particular about my pool remaining clean, and America's Best, in my opinion, does not live up to their name. They also don't charge extra for chemicals on every visit the way that " Pete Alewine" pool service does; or extra for "special" chemicals the way that America's Best" does.
