He agreed to pay another company to fix the damage his company caused then write them a bad check. Left me with cut pipes, swamp like pool, and 30k cost to repair! The address of his "business " was a vape shop (now vacated with a bakery next door ) , he had no proper business license and ignores all attempts to rectify situation informally. Don't get taken in; do your research and go elsewhere for pool service.

There appears to be major communication issues, and long story short it was June before my pool was swim ready and the service ended up costing twice the amount we were quoted. They require you to have a credit card on file, despite the fact that you pre-pay for services a month in advance. I frequently had trouble getting anyone on the phone during business hours as the phone would roll straight to voicemail. I give two stars because I will say that while they were maintaining my pool, it was crystal clear and I was pleased with that piece. However due to just what I feel is a general lack of professionalism and a lot of disorganization we will not be using them in the future.

Just hear me out. I will try and make it short. I had a pool leak for a few days and I tried to…read morefind the source of the leak so I thoroughly cleaned the pool prior to CPW showed up. This all happened before this pool season. The guy shows up an unlucky me had a medical appt at VA. We talked for a minute before I had to leave . He said he would need to do a pressure test. Mainly why I called. Well I returned home later and there was a patch on my liner (pool floor dead center. The invoice stated leak was from my chlorinator system plumbing and then next line stated an 8 inch cut in the liner that He PATCHED as a courtesy. I go look at my chlorinator and it was leaking from the cap, I reseated the gasket tightened lid turned on pump and it was fine no plumbing work needed. 2 months later the patch failed and I started losing water again. I DO NOT THINK THERE WAS A CUT IN MY LINER. THERE IS NO WAY BOTH OF US LOOKING AT THE POOL PRIOR TO HIM DOING THE PRESSURE TEST WE COULD'VE MISSED THAT. If I saw the size of this cut I would've called for a liner replacement estimate. NOTE: HE WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO A PRESSURE TEST TO FIND THE LEAK IF THERE WAS AN 8 inch cut in the damn liner. We both would've knew why I was losing water. I questioned CONTEMPORARY POOLS AND STATED WHAT I THOUGHT happened they then said they outsourced the guy and he doesn't work for them. They immediately tried to get me to replace the liner. I NOW NEED A LINER and I'd fill it with dirt before I let them do the work. I am looking for a reputable company to do the work by the way. CONTEMPORARY POOLS ARE SHADY. I patched it again and it's holding up well. I will get it replaced but I think they showed their hand when they were so pushy for a liner replacement before they even showed up on my property. If you do decide to go with them. Make sure you record every move they make on your property or watch them work. That cut stood out so much it's like overlooking a Volkswagen in your pool. I am 100% sure the guy cut my liner.
