Over the last couple months, and many baths later, the tub clearly needed to be redone. We priced out the cost of replacing the tub or getting it refinished. We chose to refinish. I was honestly a little skeptical on how it would look and how long it would last and was really pushing for a replacement but after speaking to NuFinishPro my husband was convinced that this was the better option. I AM SO HAPPY WE FOUND NUFINISHPRO. Our refinishers name was Ryan Newton and he was AMAZING!! He kept communication with us that morning letting us know exactly when he was scheduled to arrive. He was very professional and efficient. He said the job would take about 4 hours. I left the home about an hour into him starting to work and came home 3 hours later and he was finished about 10 minutes after I walked in the door. The area in which he worked was kept clean which I was so thankful for. Everything about the process was amazing and i would definitely recommend this company to any looking to reglaze their tub. That being said I am passing along his information to our relator (who helped us by this home) who has a large clientele since he wasn't able to provide us with a recommendation for someone to glaze the tub. Terribly disappointed in the service I received from John owner of The New Look. I have a hairline…read morecrack in my kitchen sink which I needed repaired. John said his process would repair the crack which was causing a leak under my sink. It took 36 hours from start to finish. My entire kitchen was out of commission during this time. It looked beautiful. The glazing and sealing came with 5 year warranty. Less than two months later the crack came back and sink was leaking. When we called John to advise he said he would come back out. When he came out a few days later he spoke to my sister. He was mean and rude and did a quick fix. He then advised her that if called back he would charge us. Now less than a week from this rushed repair the crack is back and more leaking. This job cost 300.00 and I'm truly unhappy with the final results and lack of professionalism. An expensive lesson learned I would never recommend this for anyone. Bad business left a bad taste in my mouth.
