I hired Michael to install LVT through out my entire cabin on Big Bear. He was amazing. He kept in touch with us every step of the way. We had a whole shower and tub remodel from Andaloro Tile, Mike, and his crew built us a whole new shower only. We now have had watering leaking through somewhere. We had pieces of our drywall removed and flooring to find the leak and left for us to repair. We were told by Mike that it's because we had a frame less shower and our flooring was not the proper flooring for our type of new shower. He claims he told us before we started the project. (Which is not true) We have a very nice and immaculate home. Why would we EVER agree with putting a new shower knowing this. If you value your home, be careful he's out for money, not your feelings,or home he lies. Now we are stuck with extra repairs of our flooring and walls with no resolution to help us. read more

I look at all the pretty pictures and wonder where his head was when he did our job. It was a very simple job. Replace the flooring throughout our home. To begin with, he ordered wrong and ran out of floor tile. A two day job wound up being a month. Secondly, he replaced 6" baseboard with 4" baseboard leaving caulking strips and holes exposed on my walls. This was not a cheap job. He charged $7700.00. Ran off with my money and never finished the job. Starts off strong and makes you believe he's a good guy and hard worker. Towards the end of my job he starts telling us he under sold the job, he's not making money, leaves to start another job and never comes back. I gave it time. I listened to his excuses over and over. After cashing the final check he never came back to finish. He said he would give a partial refund for the work not completed but never followed through.
