I contacted Francisco for cleaning, painting and popcorn removal; which came out beautiful. I received the Vinyl Plank floors and Ceiling Fans (I hadn't hired anyone yet but had shipped to the house) and Francisco said he could do the floors and fans also. What luck finding him, as he did the entire house/project with minimal supervision, he handled it all took a lot of stress off me. The House came out beautiful. Besides Electrical, his plumbing skills are great and he installed a new double-sink vanity in the master bath; it was previously 1 sink, so the plumbing needed changing. He also did the Closet Doors, the Faux Wood Blinds and changed all the outlets and more.  Francisco provided a couple soft suggestions and he was absolutely right!.  He genuinely saw the modern, updated, though renter and budget friendly theme I was going for and it seems he was genuinely helping me get my theme right, in a budget friendly manner, not simply expand his workload.  After the tub was refinished, new double vanity, new lighting, and large mirrors, he said "do you really want to put these shower doors back on (from the 80s) and he was right, the new shower doors which he gave me a great price to install, made the entire bath look new, modernized and updated.  He also mentioned the inexpensive Panel closet sliding doors, which really was needed and they did update the bedrooms a bit at a good price and look very nice.  His work was beautiful,he did clean up, he knows what he is doing, and I will definitely hire him again.  Actually, I did hire him again (I had to replace a water heater).  One thing to consider, if you are in a timeline, get an exact completion date. The project took about 3 weeks longer, than I anticipated, but it was worth it as the price and Francisco himself being great to work with and handling it with minimal supervision. The final project was everything I wanted.

I ASKED MORE THAN ONCE FOR AN ESTIMATE and all "K" kept saying was "you will be very happy with the price I promise." I was a widow all of 2 months and disabled and they knew this but took advantage anyway. Yesterday I sent "K" pics showing the front door (no exterior handle, mind you, and just a hook lock!) and asked him to replace the crap door his people chose and installed improperly and gave them 2 weeks to right their (they didnt even measure the door!) and he did not reply so this company of cowboys do NOT back their work. Photos showing ALL the problems with his work will follow. UNLICENSED AS WELL except for the "M" in the company who is supposedly a 'master electrician'. Jon arrived on time and went quickly to work. He was very meticulous and thorough in inspecting everything that came out of the box. He made sure that nothing was missing prior to him putting together this project that I don't know how to do. I expressed how i could no longer afford to paint the inside as the loan was not covering the repairs and i had to pay out of pocket. I asked that the lattice work be added on but only the outside of the building now. The quote went to 16,200$ . How does this make any sense? Attached is both bids my proof that this review is legit.
