Same with a big grease footprint. Nothing he used left a chemical smell, either - which is great for the kiddos and wife's sensitivity. I also found out from the owner that he took my appointment on his day off, because we had such limited time options - great service! The appointment setter said, "Tell me when you will be home and available and I will schedule a technician based on your availability." The technician texted enroute and arrived as planned. He was meticulous and very thorough. He actually did an extra small rug I had not remember to include in my order, but he noticed it needed some attention. He did not charge me for it. It was a small 3x5 and I was impressed that he noticed it and just took care of it. He was conscientious about 'do no harm' in someone's house by applying bumpers and corner protectors and other devices so his equipment would not nick anything. He took plenty of time to do things right and did not rush through the job even though he had another to get to. Their prices are VERY fair and competitive. I shopped around, and although price wasn't the determining factor in selecting Toucan, the fair price they quoted was really nice and appreciated. I will use them again.

I've seen them work on carpet which was completely shot and they turned it in to acceptable living conditions for my next tenant.
