Amazing Tan is just that - AMAZING! I was getting my hair done down the street (@happyhairbymeg) and checked Waze for a close tanning salon. A few popped up - but I decided to go here bc I loved the name. Hands down, best tanning salon I've ever been in...almost like a spa day feeling! Such a variety of beds with different features, a hot tub, spray tan that automatically tans you based on settings - no more sprays by a person. :) The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in; super helpful in explaining the types of beds. I was offered a tour, and at each bed, the features were explained. The coolest thing I saw was a "leg tanner"- didn't know this existed...with a package, the leg tan was an add-on for only $7.00 (I believe while your package is active, but don't quote me.) Also, with a tanning package, you have access to the Hydro massager; again, never saw this. They also have a hot tub that you can rent out by the hour that seats 6 ppl. It was very clean and didn't have that smell (you know the smell - haha.) I went with the Level 3 Great (the KBL 6700)...this has a facial mist. Seriously--what a game-changer. Just as I got hot, I got a little mist - I think it was 3x in my 12m appointment. I'm olive complected and have a good base tan coming back from FL recently so I was curious how much color I'd get - I had immediate results, and tonight, I have a ton of color. Kudos to the knowledgeable and kind staff; representing the salon with pride, which is a clear reflection of what I'd say is the owner's vision for the customer's experience. First timer, and I'll be back for sure. This is not your average tanning salon...it truly is AMAZING! read more

State of the art tanning salon! I travel for business, and have been tanning all over the country... amazing tan , hands-down, is the best of the best. The place is pristinely clean. I am talking sparkling and shining every time I go in. The customer service is unmatched. I am always greeted by name as if I'm an old friend and everyone is super nice and also very helpful and knowledgeable!!!! Being greeted by name with a warm smile really means a lot to a sap like me. I recommended Amazing Tan to my daughter who has never tanned but wanted color for her wedding and she was understandably very nervous at first. horrible experience. I reserved a hot tub for Valentine's Day a week early. They call me one hour before my appointment and canceled ruined. My Valentine's Day plans said the best they could do was reschedule me for another day. I asked if I could have my hour comp they said that was impossible. The owner called me. and said the best he could do was give me a 10% discount. The staff was rude. The owner was a dick. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner says he's not responsible for the conditions of his water pipes.. read more

Love this place! We have been tanning on and off for years and this is by far the best tanning salon we have ever been to. Our experience started with Paige at the front desk. She was super informative and we didn't feel like it was a high pressure sales pitch. My husband and I are both in sales and customer service and we can recognize when someone cares about the customer and not just trying to making the sale, first impression was everything. I'll be honest, at first glance their prices are high but their equipment is worth it. Time is money and I'd much rather pay a little more and have to tan less while getting the best tan I've ever had. So a few things to also mention: Cleanest tanning salon ever, you could eat off the floor,, hours of operation are amazing, even on the weekends. What happened to appreciating your customers? I recently went to Amazing Tan after receiving a mailer advertising specials. I was open to trying a new tanning salon, and upon the advise of the girl working that day, I purchased the VIP Membership. I wasn't familiar with the equipment, the policies, the packages, etc, so i made sure to ask a lot of questions. I was assured that the package i purchased (highest level package) included use of all equipment, including the Spray Tan, which I often use so I made sure this was included. I was informed that if i opted to "double-dip" I would have to pay an upgrade fee, which I was more than understanding of, but that my package included use of any single equipment during each visit. I was surprised to learn tonight that I was misinformed, and was charged $10 to use the spray tan equipment. I explained that I was told otherwise when i was the package, and that was a deciding factor for my initial purchase, but when she called the manager I was informed there was nothing they could do. Upon asking to speak with the manager myself, i was told that it must have been my mistake in misunderstanding the salon policy and that if i needed a "more affordable option" he'd be happy to show me other packages. As a business owner, I understand and respect company policies, but any time my employees have made an error I have never made the customer responsible for it. It was a further disappointment to be insulted and blamed for the mistake of an employee. My package ends in a few days and without a doubt not-so-Amazing Tan has lost a customer. read more

This was my first EVER spray tan. Great natural looking quick spray tan than lasted a good 3-4 weeks!! I found the prices reasonable! The place was spotless and smelt so clean and like a tropical vacation! Everyone I met was very kind, informative, and laughed along with me at my dumb jokes. If I could give zero stars I would. Never even made it into the salon because this place highly disappointed me. I called the salon with a few questions. I don't think calling with questions is unreasonable considering I was looking at dropping a large amount of money at this place, but according to the girl who answered my call it was. She told me she didn't have time to answer my questions and that if I wanted information I would just have to go to come in and find out for myself. Wow! I felt compelled to write a review- this place is amazing!! I've been tanning for several years and this is the best tanning salon I've ever been to! Truly a hidden gem! A very clean, very large facility with beds to accommodate various different price points. The girl at the front was very helpful and provided a full tour of the salon. I chose the level 4 bed- it comes with the option of aroma therapy, red light therapy, misters and AC. Hands down best tanning experience ever! I recently started coming here after corona made most of the other tanning places close down. Starting off I was a little iffy about it because of the pricing but its not as bad as some of the other actual salons. The beds themselves aren't great but are worth the pricing. read more

I cant give this place enough stars... No idea why it's never been reviewed! This place has the absolute best booths/beds/spray tan available in the greater Manchester region. I drive nearly 30 min, and pass about 3 different tanning salons to come here. It is bright, absolutely spotless, and I've never, ever in the years and years I've been going there had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable about the equipment and lotions and they take the time to answer any question you may have. I cannot say enough good things about this place!! :) read more
