Enter Meadow: part artist, part magician, part therapist. She's the Bob Ross of bronzing. Professional to the core, she made me feel completely comfortable. I went from "WHAT AM I DOING?!" to "YES, QUEEN!" in about five minutes. Her calm, reassuring vibe made the whole experience feel like no big deal. I mean, I was basically one spray away from fabulous. And the results? Amazing. My tan looks so natural, like I've been vacationing in the tropics, not surviving New England in February. However, the tan came out great! Not orange AT all! You can tell Michelle how light or dark you want to be, and she really takes her time making sure you look good. It is clear that Heather loves her job, is sociable, personable, and literally embodies every quality someone in customer service should have. After having such a pleasant experience with Heather on the phone, I decided to go in. The tanning salon was neat, clean, and had plenty of different options for customers. Heather made suggestions for different packages and lotions that were available, however she did so in a very professional manner and I did not feel like I was being pressured or sold to. For my first visit, I tanned for 8 out of the maximum 10 minutes. Even after one visit, I had a significant amount of color, without being burnt and overexposed. I'll definitely be a regular here.
