I was NOT a patient here, however every medusa and plastic surgeon should be ashamed at offering this procedure. developing Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia or PAH is A LOT MORE COMMON than Alle states! this causes trauma in lives of many, including mine. I now have had to pay $30,000 for corrective surgery involving Vaser Lipo and Tummy Tuck. If can ruin one life, why do it? OUTLAW this machine! read more

Eyebrows, Botox, and facials 5/5 stars. Filler 1/5 stars. I had lip filler done last spring for the first time in my life. I was charged for an entire syringe and the injector was invasive about how much she was using saying "I like a natural look". It looked "so natural" I couldn't tell I'd had anything done. The office manager was lovely and said come in for a free session when I called a month later telling her I was disappointed in the results and she scheduled me with another injector. That second injector canceled the day before my session. So it took me another month to get in again but I was seeing injector 1. At this point I'm 2-3 months out from my first session. She tells me most of my filler is probably gone at this point. She charges me for another full syringe and I can barely tell a difference. Fast forward 9 months and I go to a different med spa and they ask if I want a full syringe. After my first experiences I'm thinking I'd need to in order to tell a difference-BAM- my lips were huge! Based on the difference in results I'm guessing they didn't use half a syringe on me between the two visits at Pelle but definitely charged me for a full syringe each visit at more then $500 a pop. The numbing cream at the new place and their vibration at the injection site technique was much less painful as well. If you chose Pelle make sure they tell you EXACTLY how much you're getting if you get lip injections. read more

The people at Pelle seem to be very passionate about their job: making people feel more confident. I went there in August for some cheek filler and I had a great experience. They always have specials/discounts and they will let you know about them so you don't have to bring it up and feel awkward like you're haggling or being cheap or something. Nice spa, prices high in comparison with other places that offer the same. They need to offer better promotions. Ex. Botox $ 4-$6 more per unit. They need to compete. Now every medical place offers Botox. Also never on schedule, every time late and takes forever, and it's not the procedure. Went today for Botox for the first time. I called this morning and they had an appointment for me early this afternoon (so great). The ladies who took my call and checked me in (and out) were all very friendly and helpful. I saw Karen and she was very adept, knowledgeable and outgoing. The building is in a strange part of town and I wouldn't want to be roaming around there after dark, but they have done a beautiful job inside. Really, as soon as you open the door it is clean and modern and just gorgeous. I definitely recommend this facility for cosmetic needs. They do a LOT more than Botox and I am looking forward to exploring some other options available to treat and take care of my skin. read more

Don't bother with the Coolsculpting. I was told that I was the "perfect candidate" when I went for a consultation to have my abdomen treated. "Just enough to pinch, not too much where it wouldn't be a good fit for you", they said. I had one treatment, and I literally saw no results after the 4 month period where I was told I would be "very pleased". I gave them another shot, because they really are super nice, and extremely convincing, and went back for a second treatment. Almost $2,000 later, and I see absolutely no results. Nada. Nothing. I look the exact same as I did before, didn't even lose an inch. And, the treatment is extremely uncomfortable. They really are very nice, and very accommodating, but I'm still out $2,000, and I didn't even get close to the results I was promised. read more

At first I used to LOVE coming here. I was so excited that there was a medical spa in Manchester that offered permanent hair removal. I initially worked with a wonderful woman with phenomenal client interaction skills named Donna, who is no longer there. There wound up being so much turnover with staff that each time I would get a new rep working on me that they would try and sell me a new package for some other area of my body (which was frustrating, not relaxing like you would expect in a spa). I had already paid over $2,000 for a treatment package for full legs. I would up buying another package for underarm and bikini. The girl that sold me the bikini package named Jessica was wonderful and really stood by her work. Apparently Jessica didn't work out and left so now I was sent to Sarah, who lacked professionalism and seemed to always have an attitude when I saw her working in the office (you know the type, always rolling her eyeballs, thinks she's better than everyone else, etc etc). Long story short, Sarah was trying to sell me something that I didn't want and when I asked for my deposit back she called me on a Friday evening to chew me out and tell me that there are no refunds. She was a very high pressure sales rep who doesn't understand client needs, only her own to gain commission and help herself. Sarah also asked me to not come back to the spa, even though I prepaid for my package and didn't offer me a refund for what I already paid for. Just beware when you come here, they have finally gotten a good machine that works somewhat decent on removing hair, they just need to sort out their staffing issues. Avoid Sarah if you can, she can be a little moody. I'm also sure that the owners or staff of Pelle will get their friends to post more reviews after mine saying "how wonderful Pelle is" so just keep that in mind when assessing the integrity of the staff here. read more

Highly recommend not going here. I got lip filler done about two years ago and had to go back because Jeanie or whatever her name was filled them extremely uneven. When I went back they ended up apparently saving the rest of my filler that they didn't use on me and then re using what was left... in which who even knows if it was my filler- and either way after later finding out this is extremely unsafe to do considering bacteria grows once sitting around and used and if it was someone else's what if there blood was in there even if they change the needle this is very possible!! anyway one year goes by.. my filler hasn't dissolved but yet is sitting underneath my lip in nasty clumps.. I go back in after a consult to get that awful looking filler dissolved and they REFUSED to do it/ help me. What a nightmare. read more

Went back this week for more botox, this time with Tara Patten. Tara is also super nice, very professional and made the injections almost painless. Let's be real, you are going to feel something when they do botox, but it was just a pinch and she told me when to breathe (I was holding my breath) and for some reason that seemed to make it hurt less. No big deal in the pain department. We discussed the treatments and facials they will be having available and I am excited to try! Tami Smith at the front desk was so nice as well. I had researched several Medical spa's regarding Botox before I chose Pelle. I had read the reviews and figured what the heck. I am so grateful I went. The location is right off the main road through a little bit of an industrial park but the signs are very clear to get there. The facility is top notch and the people are absolutely fantastic. Extremely Professional, warm and welcoming. Christina was extremely kind and showed me around and Donna gave me the Botox treatment. I was amazed, she looked at my face, figured out what I needed and where and went to work. She used some sort of a cooling apparatus, don't really know because my eyes were closed and I couldn't believe how it was practically pain free. I am hooked now. Can't imagine going any where else. There is even a hair salon on the top floor. They offer many other services which I am going to definitely look into. If you are contemplating Botox definitely read Yelp reviews. I went to Pelle for PRP for under eye area and above my upper lip. I was told that they have had fantastic results with this treatment so I was really exciting to have it done. Well, I had one treatment in August 2018, with zero results. Studies show you may have to have up to three for it to take effect. So three months later I decide to go back and give it another shot. PRP typically results in swelling around the area for 24 hrs afterwards. I experienced this the first time. It was expected. This time, I had SEVERE black and blue under my eyes and around my mouth for 20 DAYS! SEVERE! They kept having me come back in to check on me but really had nothing to tell me about what went wrong. They never asked what meds I was taking prior to doing this. Turns out the steroid nasal spray and my steriod inhaler inhibit healing! I would have never had this done had I known. This, in conjuction with whatever mistakes happened with the injecting process...horrible experience. Seriously screwed up my life walking around like a person who was seriously beaten, for 3 weeks! I do not want this to happen to anyone else which is why Im writing this. read more
