The lady who did my nails was an older woman and wasn't someone who seemed to need to be doing it in the first place. She caused me to bleed more than once and cut my nails WAY too short. I have uneven polish on all of my toes and none of the sides were touched. She never did the massage or even sterilized her tools. An appointment was made for the same day. Finding the salon was easy, as it it located right off route 13 in front of the Veterans Airport. Upon arrival, I was checked in and offered refreshment as I waited, which was only a few minutes. Amber and I discussed the characteristics of my hair and what would make it a more manageable style. She really listened to what I wanted out of my hairstyle. She took her time and we talked a lot about how to transition from coloring my hair monthly to letting the gray come out. It took a little while for her to do my hair, which I didn't mind at all. The end result...I absolutely love my hair.
