She also stopped at least 3 times to answer a text that she received. No extra time was given. With all that she actually stopped at least 5 min short of my full time. Then to top it off, at the end, I was given a bottle of water and promptly asked for a tip. Then I was given some attitude when I gave her the tip. Obviously 20% wasn't what she expected after using my time to answer the phone, several texts and then quit at least 5 min early. One last thing. Take ear plugs. You'll hear Brahm's Lullaby over and over. It was so annoying I timed the song (20 seconds) and figured I would hear it 180 times in a row, if I was yhere for the full hour. I wont be back.

I asked how much a visit costs and they told me about $70 which is true. I failed to ask about any ancillary fees they would add. However, this is a perfect example of why the medical field is so messed up in this country. The clinic puts all of the onus on the customer to find out exactly what is charged, but even after I asked they still didn't tell me all of the fees. And some how I am still responsible for the bill. This is called swindling a customer and it should be illegal. To top it off I even wrote a respectful complaint on their Facebook page; my comment was deleted and now the public cannot add posts. So apparently they are embarrassed and they know they did wrong, but hey! Money, money, money!

This was one week to the day of my husbands death and the day of his funeral service. The "deal" was only good for 3 months from the date purchased and subsequently had expired. I asked if I could still use it. The lady replied no. I said can you make an exception due to the recent loss of my husband and I would bring in his death certificate to show I wasn't lying. A friend had purchased this for me and clearly after the loss of my husband I was not ready to go get a massage. The lady asked me if I called the day before. I replied no I have never called this place before. She said you didn't call yesterday about your dad passing. THIS WAS UNCALLED FOR. I had already stated I had never called before. Clearly stated that my HUSBAND had passed and I would bring his death certificate. Again I replied NO. Then the lady on the phone says the best they could do was I could come in for a half and hour massage (as opposed to the 1 hour on the certificate), when they are not busy. She made me an appointment. This made NO sense whatsoever. First she said no several times, as it was expired, then she offers to do half the massage. What kind of customer service is this when I offered to bring in my husbands DEATH CERTIFICATE. Shame on them!

I asked could I see the temp and she tells me no again. Disappointed I leave and try to schedule another appointment with another place. They said yes at first and while enroute to their office I get a text that says they can't service me. Upset and disappointed again I decide to go to Walgreens and check my temp.
