I told mike the firmness we were looking for, the type of mattress, why we needed these specifications, what kind of frame we had and so on. Mike took us right to several different options that we tried, narrowing our selection as we went. In probably less than an hour we bought the mattress we liked the best and scheduled our delivery. Our overall experience with Mike and Sit and Sleep was great. This is in stark contrast with the previous days visit to Mattress Firm on Main Street in Hesperia, Ca. She showed me different varieties of bed frames and finally chose one that I really liked. In picture the bed frame looked nice I was a little iffy about the headboard thought it was gonna be to light for my taste, but when I received my bed frame and I build it I looked amazing I loved it a lot. In the middle of Gio helping me and my wife, his manager Rigo stood up and yelled across the store and told me that what I was asking was irrelevant. When my wife and I stepped outside after shopping she looked at me and said "I don't want to spend our money here after how that guy yelled that rude comment and then sat back down and never said anything else to us. TIM WAS AWESOME! Tim provided the best customer service and was just an overall wonderful person! We purchased the mattress and he made arrangements to have the mattress delivered the next day (Sunday). He made a few calls to ensure we received the mattress in a timely manner. It would help with paying it off so we don't get hit with the finance charges. When it came time to pay it off with the second card, SNAP the finance company said we can't do that. When we called bros furniture to ask what happened, Jose told his brother Luis that we were lying. So now we have to come up with 1000 dollars before we get hit with the high interest rate. So Luis after saying he would look into it, didnt even try. He instead made sure he was too busy to talk to an upset customer. There customer service sucks.
