Went to Sit & Sleep last night to shop/purchase a mattress. Mike Gonzales was our salesperson. I did a bit of research before I came to the store, knew I didn't want to spend Tempurpedic kind of money for a mattress I could find that would be comparably as good for half the price or less. I told mike the firmness we were looking for, the type of mattress, why we needed these specifications, what kind of frame we had and so on. Mike took us right to several different options that we tried, narrowing our selection as we went. In probably less than an hour we bought the mattress we liked the best and scheduled our delivery. Our overall experience with Mike and Sit and Sleep was great. This is in stark contrast with the previous days visit to Mattress Firm on Main Street in Hesperia, Ca. Right off the bat, we had a very warm welcome by Monica, who was incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable. We had no idea where to even begin looking, and she walked us through the whole process from start to finish; she somehow also made the process of buying a mattress a really fun experience. This evening when I jumped outta bed tired of laying on my flat pillow I didn't expect to have such an amazing experience when I walked in the store. Monica instantly gave off great chill vibes that didn't make me feel like I was being "sold" something. Monica made me feel at home. She told me to lay on the bed and get comfortable while she searched for pillows that I may like. She asked if I was a side, back , or stomach sleeper and then went to work on finding me the best pillows. As we went through tons of pillows I found my ONE. But then she noticed I stack my pillows and sit up in bed so she asked if I like sitting up. I said yes so she pushed the button on the bed I was laying on and it CHANGED MY LIFE!! I was really struggling to get a new bed but Monica at SitnSleep saved the day. The store felt so clean and looked amazing it made shopping easy for a bed because other places I went to in the area had nasty brown beds that I wanted nothing to do with. I spent a little more than I thought I'd have to but after a couple weeks on the bed I'd spend 2 thousand more to feel this good. Nearly 20 years ago we ordered a custom mattress. It was finally time to look around. We did our research and went to the Victorville Store of Sit N Sleep. What you see in the showroom will NOT be what you get!! The mattresses in the showroom are not identical to what will be delivered.....this is my opinion. About 1 year ago I purchased mattress #1 from Sit 'n Sleep. After about 10 months the mattress started to sag on both sides. An independent technician stated that the mattress was defected and I could return the mattress and purchase another mattress....Sit 'n Sleep would NOT refund my money!! So I spent more money on mattress #2. After a few nights the mattress was dipping in several spots...I sent them a picture of the mattress and they said they would take it back, but I had to pay a "re-stocking" fee of $250.00!! This was a defective mattress and you can see it dipping in the picture. It is my opinion that Sit 'n Sleep is running a scam. no stars! read more

So before writing this review, I read multiple other reviews. So following the trend, you can see that Jerry is a tremendous asset to Sit 'n Sleep. His knowledge of mattresses and also being able to explain them in a way anyone can understand was second to none. After we decided on a mattress and price, he still went above and beyond to get us an even lower price. His professionalism and knowledge are what sold the mattress. The worst customer service. The person that finally helped after being there for sometime was the Store Manager.

Thought everything was great. We ordered a mattress and got home discovering mattress was made with fiber glass in pad. I have lung condition that this would be deadly if I had any contact with fiberglass. Called salesman Danny and he said as long as it was within 24 hours could cancel. We went back down there two hours after purchase and he voided the transaction. That was March 31st! Still waiting for funds today, April 14th, to show back in bank account. Called customer service, emailed salesman and now disputing charge with bank showing proof of transactions. Warning if you have to return something. read more

Came to the realization that it was time for a new mattress. Luckily there was a Sit N Sleep not too far from me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Monica. Monica asked me what I was looking for. She showed me which mattresses fit the criteria. Didn't take long to find the mattress that I wanted. I decided to get 2 pillows and the protective cover for the mattress while I was at it. The items were delivered on Sat... next day was available but during the week wouldn't work for me because of my schedule. Glad Sat delivery was available. Went into the store late on Friday night. Monica was in the store. She greeted us right away, asked what we needed, and proceeded to find us a great mattress that didn't break the bank. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. Mattress was delivered on Sunday morning. Oscar and Javier, the delivery men, called to update on time of delivery. ! Sep 2022 in the evening we went to Sit'n Sleep tp get a new mattress and box spring. I was expecting to spend close to $4000.00. After everything was over our price didn't even come close. The salesman was more than helpful, he started with I got all night so take your time in making a decision. He was very up front with price to useage. like how is the mattress going to be used, everyday or when guests come over. He talked about warranties and the little tag not to remove it or it voids the warranty. All in all, he was perfect as a salesman. Helpful and not pushy and very informative. Excellent customer service, excellent Sales Rep we worked with DANNY, he really catered to my 91 year old father (Veteran from Korean war) and made sure he was well taken care of. Made sure we stayed within his budget, and offered us a package with sheets, pillows, pillow protection covers, mattress protection covers. He offered us next day delivery. The delivery team (Miguel & Miguel truck #10) arrived this morning within the quoted time frame, very professional. Communication was great throughout this process. I haven't received exceptional customer service in a long time, especially with covid-19 restrictions, most businesses give covid as the excuse for providing poor, unacceptable customer service, not Sit n sleep! They were fantastic, they restored my faith! they kept their promises. They exceeded our expectations. We received unacceptable delivery date of June 1st from Ashley Furniture, so we cancelled our order and went with Sit n sleep and got our mattress in less than 24 hours from time of purchase!!! Me and my family have just moved into a RV and were looking for a good mattress to fit in a smaller area. We first went to mattress firm in Hesperia where we felt they didn't care at all and didn't want our service. We left feeling ignored so we next tried here Sit n Sleep in Victorville! The difference of service was amazing. I called in first to see if they had good deals or anything in stock. The guy on the phone knew his stuff and convinced me to go there instead. When we got over there, we were instantly greeted and instantly helped by Monica. She knew her stuff too and she gave us our options immediately. She helped us find the perfect mattress and we were very happy with it. We had to leave to measure things at home and come back to buy it. When we came back (keep in mind this was on black Friday), it took a little longer to be helped just because of the sheer amount of people in the store and they only had two employees working who were doing their best to help everyone as quick as they could. The SECOND that Monica saw us she called us over and we were helped. We already knew what we wanted and she helped us through the entire process of buying the mattress. She had just came back from maternity leave and I was amazed by her knowledge of everything we were helped with.
