The process was super simple. You can make a reservation, but we just walked in without any issues. We did the white background setup for 15 minutes, which was perfect and definitely a must if you're taking photos with little kids. There were a few technical difficulties during our session, but the staff member was incredibly accommodating. He paused the timer and gave us those minutes back so we didn't lose any of our shoot time. The pricing is great too! The package includes 2 people and 3 printed 4x6 photos of your favorite shots. There's many props from headbands and hats to chairs and stools and more! Some props can use a cleaning, but you can't really see it in the photos. Service: I decided to do a walk-in, so I didn't book an appointment or prepay online. They only take walk-ins starting at 11:30. They're not busy on weekdays but busier during the weekends. I completely forgot his name, but the worker that checked me in was nice, efficient, and knowledgable about the offerings. They provide a large screen with gridlines, lighting, and a small remote. They'll give you a timer, so you'll know exactly how much time you have left during your session. Studio Session & Photos: I chose the 5 minute session with the colored background. You'd choose two colors out of five options. Since I chose the colored walls, let the worker know when you're ready to switch colors.
