Very unprofessional. They cancel on our session 30 minutes before the designated time saying the photographer is sick with diarhea and vomiting. I had my family ready, made up the whole morning and we had to drive to their location. I u derstand that people get sick but you don't only get aware of it 30 minutes before a job. I think you might have some more lead time being aware of how you're feeling. I find them very unprofessional and I am refunding the payment I sent. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don't know where to start. Ester is super great. We had issues with our newborn and was in and out of the hospital. She was super understanding and made changes to our appointment with her very easy. Just for that I would go back again but that's not the only reason why I would go back. Her work is super nice! I really appreciate that she has such a great selection of dresses for the girls, from newborns to older children, that perfectly match the backgrounds she sets up. And that's not all ,she also has the cutest headbands and hair accessories to complete each look! She's incredibly patient. My little girl had just turned 3 and wasn't having it after the first few shots, but she handled it with so much understanding and we still got beautiful photos. Highlights on why you need to book with her: She quickly turns around photos (sometimes like two days). I've worked with photographers that sometimes take months. She's got a super cute, private studio in a pretty little business park. Parking is easy. Access is easy. Her place is always so nice and welcoming. Parking to door is 10 seconds. Ester's personality is very bland. She has a monotone voice which doesn't excite you. It's as if she seems uninterested in the shoot. Customer service is also not up to par. She quoted me one price for add ons and then wouldn't honor that price. As a business, that's false advertisement. When you advertise wrong, you need to honor your word or you could at least given me another deal to make up for it. Photos turned out good but she also had a few editing issues. The photos also didn't look as centered as I would've liked. The cropping also left out certain background props and writings. I have used other photographers who are the same quality and even better yet they are not as pricey as she is. They also give you more photos and often the whole gallery. Unless you want 5-10 photos for $1,000 I suggest you look elsewhere. read more
