OMG!!! This was my first time getting a V-Steam & I can say it was A-MAZ-ING!!!!! This is a quaint place that isn't like those "chain" spa businesses. Annette is super knowledgeable and very pleasant! Her energy is so soothing, that it puts you at ease and helps you to relax. First off all, APPOINTMENTS are a must! I actually saw her business advertised on Facebook. I went to Groupon to see if maybe there was something offered there... and low and behold, THEY HAD A GROUPON! I was seriously winning! The total cost was $45.00 (regularly $60) for my V-Steam. I called and was able to book my appointment the same day...(I told you, I WAS WINNING!) I arrived and was greeted by Amber; i was offered a water and asked to fill out some paperwork. I thoroughly enjoyed my day spa experience on my birthday with Annette. What a great way to spend the afternoon with a massage, facial and reflexology. Purchased a groupon for reflexology treatment and it took almost 3 weeks to schedule as no one answered the telephone. Finally, once we scheduled the appointment, the day before our appointment, we received a phone call telling us that the therapist was still injured and that our appointment would have to be canceled or reschedule for another 2 weeks out. On top of that the therapist is not able to provide back to back services so my sister and I who were planning on going would have to spread out appointment 3 hours a part - one at 1PM and the other at 4PM. A little ridiculous. I requested to use the Groupon we purchased towards another service aka a massage and they would not compromise, although we have gone through all this trouble. read more
