Didn't have any expectations but was very happy about how flavorful everything turned out. Ordered the taco plate plus a shrimp taco. These tacos weren't shy of seasoning or spice! Taco plate came with rice and beans, both were cooked perfectly, not a single dried up rice or bean in sight. I'm coming back here again to try some other items. There's is limited seating, but at least it's covered.

Very friendly owner. Good recommendations. I got the burrito and quesadilla, they have their own flare to it, if a hint of something sweet but goes well together with the jalapeno peppers. I would say hidden gem and could easily be missed when driving by.

I tried the steak, the fish and the shrimp tacos. Each taco brings its own palate of taste. The customer services is polite. Food is make fresh to order. This food truck is located in a parking structure in front of the of an old bank. Pricing is reasonable.

Fast, great service, seating outdoor that's covered from the elements. Great painting on truck. Food was spot on. Tried the birria, pastor and carnitas. The homemade tortillas are as much of a star at this place that I can't say enough about either. They are just the bomb. Flat out.

First off the location changed from the address written on Yelp. It's now located in front of the old Bank of America and next to CRFT beer. Owners were really nice in giving me new directions when called. I paid $27 and the portion sizes are huge. (Two my of hands in width) .The photo does no justice to how big it is. The wet burrito is a solid 3/5 due to the super sour tomato sauce placed on it.. it definitely overpowered everything and made it not as good as it should be. The burrito itself no complaints there a solid 5/5. Wow, the honey habanero sauce is amazing and as for the green sauce. The horchata isn't super sweet and not too much cinnamon. It's def good for people who prefer less sweet drinks.

This food truck hangs out in the Geaux parking lot in Auburn. Geaux only offers basic bar food, so Ambakity really fills the gap for people that are interested in having an actual meal. Small, well rounded menu with a few vegetarian options there's a very good chance you'll find something you're into. I went with a veggie bowl which was really good and I enjoyed the occasional pop from the shishito peppers. Red & green sauces on the side were both great, though I think I prefer the green. Friendly service that's pretty fast (it's cooked fresh, so you gotta wait a minute!) and you can go get some beer to top everything off - great combo!

The tacos here are great! Being a taco truck, the seating is limited to maybe 3 tables with covers. Service was great, and thoughtful; even asking if we needed additional hot sauce for our tacos. Definitely the best tacos I've ever had in Washington. Great meat to veggies ratio (primarily meat) and their homemade hot sauces are the best.

I dont know what sauce they put in but it is so good omg and flavorful. And portion is also huge, def will come back!

The food is so food, and for the price, the portion is very generous! Def will come back

Yooooooo....... Absolute Fire! I can't believe this located between Taqueria El Rinconsito and Memo's and hasn't put them both out of business. First the Taco's: Carnita's was cooked well. Nice and moist due to slow cook and then crisped up on the flat top. ALOT of meat I would say at least 1.5 times most places. Wasn't needed as I prefer quality to quantity and this was both. No skimping on the pico de gallo which was nice as most serve with cilantro and onions. 5/5 Fish taco was cooked perfect a nice piece of pan fried fish that looked dry until you bit into it. Nice flavor not fishy. Served with pineapple and cabbage mixture that added a nice texture. Coulda had a little more flavor to this fish but will absolutely order again. 4.5/5 Al Pastor was on point. Meat was juicy and flavorful and best of all it had pineapples. A must for good Al pastor. Again a ton of meat. Except for a taco truck of the freeway that fresh cut the Al pastor off a gyro spit prolly best I've had but I'll be honest it's not my go to so may not be the best judge. I do know good food and this was bomb! 5/5 The Carne Asada: Was well cooked and a good piece of meat. Based on price I was expecting skimpy or poor quality. It was neither. Perfect flavor and good fat content to meat. Absolutely loved it.... Prolly my go to. If your in Auburn and crave some high end Mexican food this is it. It is located by CFRT Beers on same side of street. Might be a tad more expensive than a trip through Memo's or Rinconsito's drive through but literally 10x the quality Tortilla's seem hand made. Oh and all there salsa's were good but their habanero salsa is amazing seems fresh purée and starts of really sweet and then boom! The habanero kicks in. Absolutely delicious

Its a fun spot, tables to sit at and a varied selection of trucks. This truck has a wide variety of sandwiches including some vegetarian options that sounded good and even though I'm not a vegetarian I think I'd like to give a couple of them a try. My husband opted for pulled pork sandwich. It was messy and he said really good. I decided on an inside out grilled cheese. It had grilled onions, swiss cheese inside and then slices of cheddar on the outside and grilled so the outer cheese was crispy and the inside cheese super gooey. It was absolutely delicious and game with an au jus for dipping. They also have drinks, we got strawberry lemonade and some sides but the sandwiches are plenty, you don't need anything else.

This fine sandwich spot is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I ordered the T-Town Cheesesteak which came very cheesy, well seasoned and had tender meat. Pros: Soft Bun Filling Veggies are cooked perfectly Cheese steak taste on point Cons: Not enough steak A bit messy but that's understandable since it's a Cheesesteak. My suggestion would be for sandwiches like this they should be wrapped in parchment paper to seal in all the flavors, keep it warm and avoid less of a mess. Overall a good sandwich I'll be coming back for their other sandwiches

Employees are friendly. The best malasadas seem to be the plain unfilled ones (best just while warm and fresh, must eat immediately). The fillings tend to be light on flavor and consistencies range (sometimes too liquidy, but generally stable). The ube is the biggest draw, but every time has been really purple but barely any ube flavor. Haupia (coconut) is okay, tastes a bit artificial. Biscoff was too sweet and a bit runny. There's not too much competition for malasadas so they are one of the spots to go to, but I do wish the fillings held up to the quality of the dough.

We got a hamburger a piece and split an order of fries... there was more than enough to split with one order. They were nice and crisp and definitely a good side to go along with the rest of our meal. I got the Happy Burger which was a burger with their Happy Sauce, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, bacon and cheddar cheese. It was a very good burger! I liked it very much! I wasn't sure if I wanted bacon also but I went ahead and had the "everything on it" option and it was good and not too much. Steve got the Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, bacon and cheddar cheese. Not many reviews for a truck that has been around for a decade, but for the most part, reviews were strong. That said, a couple reviews called the food bland or mediocre, but I still decided to give them a try. Menu was simple, I was having a touch time deciding as I was in the mood for taco's but the nachos looked good. I ended up going with the burrito, because I wanted to taste the rice and beans as well. When served the burrito was noticeably larger than any other truck. I'd say 15% larger. 1st bite wasn't bad. It was tasty, but it was a bit shy on flavor, I like salt and I like spice and those are two things Mexico is known for. I was also handed 2 hot sauces. The red was watered down and disappointing, the green actually had more flavor. That said it was still not the flavor punch I hoped for. Service here was fast and friendly and the food wasn't bad, it just would have benefited from some seasoning and heat. I would 100% come back, but again, these folks need to infuse some flavor into their offerings, word of mouth from a savory meal is how you draw a crowd.

There is a good sized menu with variety. I wanted something basic to base my review on the overall quality of a regular ole burger. I previously saw reviews from their other shop and there was a lot of comments regarding undercooked meat. I went with medium well. I ended up getting a dried out burger and the bun was falling apart on me through the process. The bacon is a great add on item. For just 2 dollars, I got enough bacon that exceeded the amount of meat from the burger. The bacon was crisp and the the pieces were extremely THICK. There were large chunks of pork in there. The tater tots were good. A little greasy and could stand to be a little crunchier but good. Their beverage cooler is weak. It's also facing the direct sun and they aren't very cold at all. The sitting area is loud as it's less than a stones throw from the main railroad tracks. The dining area is small and makeshift. Take it to go if you can. Overall....it's decent. As I told my coworker. It was good and if I base my review on if it's a place I'd go back to or not. I'd say not. Only if it were the only thing available. It's average and has room for improvement.
