The price is crazy for what I got. I paid for four tacos and they were extremely flavorless. The meat needed salt, the onion, and the cilantro were very much lacking in flavor. I was asked if I wanted my grilled onion and grilled jalapeño I said yes. When I got the small bag with the small plate, I instantly knew I made a mistake. Each taco was greedily filled. I had two radish shavings cut in half. There were two dry pieces of carrot and that onion and jalapeño that I mentioned.. yeah, I got half of a jalapeño sautéed with maybe about eight pieces of onion all over the tacos.. I don't know who called this place authentic but I am highly disappointed.. The only thing that presented any equality was the paper bag and the sturdy paper plate that the tacos came on. Lastly, I wanna end my review with another note : the slices of lime that I received were so thin that was actually the most diabolical part of the order. I honestly hate writing negative reviews and always try to give places a second try. Maybe my experience was just bad overall as I ordered via DoorDash instead of in person so there should not be any room for error. Pastor Tacos - I was really looking forward to some amazing tacos. I'll admit that the presentation is 10/10 for sure and they look amazing but do not taste as great as they look. The pastor tacos I ordered had onion, tomato, and no pineapple in them nor do I think the meat was pastor (maybe it was the wrong tacos entirely) they were way too sweet and I don't think I'll be ordering those again. Rice & Beans - this should be called rice and chili because the beans were not your typical refried beans that you usually get. Instead they were a very sweet tasting chili with cheddar cheese all over the top. Maybe they ran out of refried beans? My roommate ate the tortas and flour tacos that did not come with the free soda as described so I cannot speak to those dishes. Overall I have had way better experiences at other food truck locations that sell the same items and am a little upset that the presentation of the items don't live up to their flavor unfortunately for me. read more

There is no shortage of taco trucks and even taqueria's these days. For the most part, all are the same. I found this spot from a Yelp search and thought I would give them a try. Not many reviews for a truck that has been around for a decade, but for the most part, reviews were strong. That said, a couple reviews called the food bland or mediocre, but I still decided to give them a try. Menu was simple, I was having a touch time deciding as I was in the mood for taco's but the nachos looked good. I ended up going with the burrito, because I wanted to taste the rice and beans as well. When served the burrito was noticeably larger than any other truck. I'd say 15% larger. 1st bite wasn't bad. It was tasty, but it was a bit shy on flavor, I like salt and I like spice and those are two things Mexico is known for. I was also handed 2 hot sauces. The red was watered down and disappointing, the green actually had more flavor. That said it was still not the flavor punch I hoped for. Service here was fast and friendly and the food wasn't bad, it just would have benefited from some seasoning and heat. I would 100% come back, but again, these folks need to infuse some flavor into their offerings, word of mouth from a savory meal is how you draw a crowd. read more

We were hungry for tacos and burritos. Growing in SoCal we've had amazing Mexican food so we are pretty picky. That being said, we love trying different places. Unfortunately up here in WA not a lot of good places. Lately more and more Mexican places have been opening up, and not bad. I've noticed the better food comes from the food trucks. Back in the day when we lived in CA people called them roach coach. However, nowadays they're better than some restaurants, more affordable, and super friendly. So this little food truck parked next to shell gas station, and around the corner from Starbucks, I found via Yelp , is a one man show serving pretty good Mexican food. My husband ordered the big bad a... burrito, I couldn't decide so I ordered Birria quesadilla, Carne street tacos, corn in a cup with alote', and a pineapple soda. Lots of food we took home. So much food that our daughter had some, and it was enough to have for dinner also. Actually my husbands BBAB is enough to have for lunch the next day as well. Great flavors, and this guy doesn't mess around. Nice, courteous, and there's a little table to dine on if you want to stay and eat. But honestly we preferred to take home, and eat in front of the tv. I heard from another customer that he's trying to sell his truck and retire. Well deserved. So good. A few months ago I did a taco truck taste test of 3 trucks in Auburn and this was by far the best. I came back today and it did not disappoint. My hubby and I got 3x4 tacos and a side of rice and beans. Everything was tasty, but the abodabo tacos were both of our favorites. I will be back, sooner rather than later. Okay FIRE taco place. I have been searching and searching for a good taco place that's on DoorDash in my area. And hallelujah I found it. We got asada tacos, Al pastor tacos and Al pastor mulitas. Each thing was so good. The mulitas tortillas were crispy, crispier than any other mulita I've had and it made it so much better. This is my first time having cojita on my taco and it added such a nice touch. Yummmm! My new go to taco place. You can tell they put love into it. Pretty good tacos. The steak was perfectly cooked and was all meat. I didn't find any gristle, a problem that some taco trucks have. The green sauce was slightly underwhelming, but the red sauce was better than average. Portion size was decent. The guy working there was friendly. I'll definitely go back. read more

Excellent street tacos at $2 each with no wait. The tacos here are excellent. We picked up 20 in a variety of meats. My kids devoured the carne asada first. The carnitas were very flavorful, but what surprised me most was the chorizo. A little greasy but bursting with spicy goodness. The homemade green and red salsa is addicting as well. We discovered this place almost by accident - even though my wife drove by there nearly everyday for a year! They closed for a while due to the owner's health, I understand, and we were so bummed! Then they re-opened and it was as good as ever! Everything is fresh, and the salsas are amazing. Our favorites are a tortilla-based dish that is kind of a cross between a quesadilla and an emplames (I think they call it a "Mueletta?") and the Steak Burrito. Not expensive, very tasty! You may have to wait for a while - it's all hand made. My only complaint is that they haven't worked out the delivery with Uber Eats or Door Dash. But that has nothing to do with the food! read more
