For our recent overseas vacation, we booked round‑trip transportation to and from SFO. Making the reservation by phone was quick and easy. The day before our departure, I received an email confirmation and a reminder of our scheduled pickup. On the day of the trip, our driver, Nathan, called 30 minutes before his arrival at our apartment in Dublin. He arrived promptly, assisted with our luggage, and provided a smooth and comfortable ride to the airport. Nathan was courteous throughout the trip and ensured we arrived on time. Several weeks later, the day before our return flight, I received another email confirmation and reminder that Tri-Valley Airport Service would pick us up at SFO. After landing, I received a text notifying us that the driver would arrive shortly--even while our plane was still taxiing. Although we were delayed exiting the terminal due to heavy arrivals, Nathan reassured us via text that he would wait. We met him at the limo pickup curb, where he again helped with our luggage and drove us home safely. We are extremely pleased with his professionalism and service. He totally understood the situation, told me he would contact his manager, and get right back to me. He did this within 5 minutes and told me that a cab was on its way and I could pay later. Unfortunately, I had to cancel as my child seat was also still locked in my car. I just want to say a big thank you to Desoto and Roman for trying to help me out when I needed them. Ride share apps are hit and miss, and the last thing you want is to have to wait 45 minutes for a ride. And driving an hour, hunting for a space, and lugging a few large suitcases into and out of an airport parking shuttle that makes a dozen stops before your terminal is a drag.
