Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through to park that monster of a car while my friends and I were enjoying our night on the town. Ray drove us all around the city and the east bay over the course of our evening. He did well dealing with late night traffic and city driving; the ride was smooth and we didn't have any close calls or scares that I sometimes get with the odd rideshare driver. What I paid for the excellent service was actually a bit less than I was expecting. The terms of the booking stipulated extra fees for drop-offs or stops outside of the pickup/dropoff location. Given we had been all around San Francisco and traveled through the east bay to drop off one of our party, I was pleasantly surprised to see that one stop was waived from the final bill. I know there is some elegant and profound quote about beautiful mistakes. I'm just going to say that some of my best discoveries have come from being a bonehead. I'll add Red Eye Limo to the list of my bonehead discoveries. A few days before Christmas, I was planning to fly to the east coast. I realized that I hadn't made an airport parking reservation. I quickly got online and found everything sold out. Rather than ask friends to drive us to and from SFO at odd hours, I Yelped around and discovered Red Eye Limo. For a reasonable fee, we had a town car come to our home and take us and our luggage from Hayward to SFO. Priscilla did the reservations and was very professional and friendly. Ray did the driving, and was prompt, friendly and helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. They also picked us up on our return. Here's our bonehead bonus: When we drive and park ourselves, we are *always* running late and have to rush through security to boarding in a panic (and a foul mood). Having Ray pick us up at a designated time ensured that we left when we intended. We had a relaxed stroll to our gate with time to chill before boarding. Will use again, absolutely. read more

Book Red Eye Limo!! Do not hesitate! We were looking for shuttle service to SFO for our family of 6 to and from vacation. Red Eye was cheaper than getting 2 taxis and their quote beat any other service! Added bonus! Priscilla was soooo nice and professional and easy to book with. What a great decision we made choosing Red Eye Limo!!! Our usual mode of transportation to/from the airport was a taxi. However, after the last experience I decided I'd pay a little more and try a limo service. Well much to my surprise, their prices were less than a taxi, and far better than any other limo service I called. Their Yelp reviews were outstanding so I thought I'd give them a try. Priscilla booked our reservations and was just as nice as she could be. Brian was our driver to the airport and he was prompt, pleasant and very professional. Ray was our driver from the airport, and after a LONG day of traveling I was thrilled to walk out the airport doors and have a car there ready to take us home! Just got home after a night with Red Eye. A small bit of info- when in grad school 20 years ago in NYC, I was a limo driver. I know a thing or two about what these folks have to put up with on a daily basis. It is not an easy job...especially with bachelorette parties, prom kids and general drunken idjits. My crew was none of the above- just a group of 6 going to see a comedy show followed by a drink or two at our local fave spot. All adults, none likely to hurl in the back of the car or need assistance getting in or out. Our driver was Bryan. He was GREAT! 1. My reservation was easy with Priscilla on the other end of the phone. Accurate quotes, no muss, no fuss. Friendly and professional. 2. Our driver, Bryan, showed up 15 minutes early and called to let me know he was here and waiting. 3. I recently had had an injury, so I was tottering around on crutches. Bryan trunked them quickly and whipped them out before he opened my door. AGAIN, no muss no fuss. 4. Bryan was gracious at every turn, totally professional and friendly. At the end of our evening, after all my friends were home and Bryan and I were heading towards the last stop, we carried on a lively and amiable conversation. I would actually enjoy hanging with this guy over a beer in a non-client based interaction. 5. Many limo companies will add the gratuity into the overall cost. Red Eye does not. Gratuities are up to the customer at the end of the night. Bryan deserved the high end of the tip spectrum. I would recommend Red Eye without reservation (keep in mind that my sole experience with them is with Priscilla (booking) and Bryan (driver)). They'll get my business every time. read more

Fabulous service!! I used Red Eye Limo for my cousin's bridal shower a few weeks ago, to take me and 11 ladies to Napa. I have never been to Napa and on this one Saturday, it rained on the way there. We all were so surprised at the stretch SUV Yukon Asanti. This is a smooth riding vehicle. Our driver, Ray was wonderful. He went over all the features of the limo as well as the safety features. Close to the end of the tour, he sent me a text just to remind me that I was close to time before overtime charges would apply and said there is no rush. Great guys. I've used Redeye more than 20 times for trips to and from the airport. Towncar when traveling on business, and a stretch for family trips. They are ALWAYS on time. The one time they thought they were going to be late, I got a heads up 45 minutes prior to pick up. There was traffic from an accident, but the driver made it to the pickup on time. I have to mention this last pickup. I was flying back from London and the flight arrived into SFO on a Friday at 3:30pm. The traffic was horrendous. The driver and I talked about alternative routes to get around the traffic, but what should have taken an hour took two. Did the driver complain? No. Was there a surcharge for a Friday evening pickup? No? Did the driver ask for a bigger tip because the trip took twice as long? No. Class act. Try to get that service from Uber! I won't use anyone for limo services but Redeye. In fact, I have a flight on Monday, and I'm leaving this review before I email Priscilla and confirm the pickup. read more

Once with Ray and the stretched SUV and recently for my birthday with Veronica and the 8 seated stretched limo. Very accommodating and cool drivers. Wide range of selections for transportation. Both vehicles I used were roomy, clean, and best of all the speakers were slappin! Way better than a party bus and their blown out speakers. If you're not trying to drive and you have a big ass group definitely use their service. It'll probably be cheaper than you taking uber considering their surcharge hours. Redeye limo is absolutely the best limo service by far! i first got in contact with Priscilla in February to book a wine tasting for 18 ladies for my mom's 50th birthday. I was not sure about the location or the itinerary, but I wanted everyone to have an unforgettable experience. Priscilla was the biggest help! She answered all my questions, concerns and gave suggestions just helped me stay sane in the planning. March 8th came and it was so smooth and such an amazing experience. The white 18 passenger stretch SUV limo parked at the corner of the street as all 16 ladies entered the limo before I surprised my mom. She was stunned to find such a beautiful ride with friends and family inside sitting comfortably. We did have the max amount of ladies in the limo (18) but it was very spacious and comfortable. everyone had enough room around them to enjoy the 2.5 hour ride. We were running 20 minutes behind due to it took a little bit of time to get my mother outside the house but our driver was nothing but the top notch! Inside the limo there black leather seats and 2 bottles of champagne, and 18 flutes, floor lighting down the isle, so much room we were able to accommodate 18 girls and a big bin full of goodies for the road. There was also a radio, AUX and CD player, sound was great! Our driver was absolutely amazing, he was also our picture taker as well with no complaints! ( he took great pictures) so hard to find. He was such a gentleman, very professional and friendly, explained how everything worked inside, patient and just AWESOME. All the ladies loved him. I've never had such a great driver. Promised a complimentary wine service and tried 6 times to book it and they kept telling me they had no cars available. There have been a number of occasions where my return flight has been delayed and Red Eye Limousine ensures that a driver is always waiting when my flight finally arrives. I have never had to wait for a driver whether it was a pick-up from home or from the airport. Before I started using Red Eye Limousine I tried other services that were far less reliable and more expensive.
