The bun was a mix between not too loose, yet not too tight with a balance of messy, yet pretty. I wanted strands in the front to frame my face, and it all worked. Pretty disappointing since she was the one who initially found them. As for my experience.....I was pleased. The shampoo was relaxing and the products were good quality. The stylist listened to what I was wanting while giving her own perspective and professional approach to what she thought would work. I went with a soft waves and the style held up throughout the evening. It was for a wedding and my hair turned out great in the pictures. I only wish my friend could have had the same experience. For a small local business it seems they could have handled their appointments or staffing a little better.
