Person supposed to take care of my appt continued to other dressing room to 2nd customer while I as trying one on. Think because I showed up in jeans and tee, not dressed up, she didn't realize was about to drop cashola to get right products. First sales person tried to convince me to stay (she was very nice), but, was miffed how 2nd sales person supposed to help with my first time ever appt, didn't handle. Won't waste time going back. Evidently, the salesperson doesn't understand how you get long-time clients is by treating each and every customer like they were rather than they are expendable and not worth their time. I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. I reluctantly bought the one and really should have just left without buying anything. I will not be back.

Carolyn & Roberta are so helpful and wonderful and have the best eye for unique clothing and accessories! The quality is also amazing! Well, my dress's laundering instructions said machine wash and dryer ok. I wore it once! I don't dry my clothes in the dryer especially my beautiful clothes from here! So anyway, my dress came out of the gentle cycle ripped from v neck halfway down the breast line. Well, I shop here many times a year for business, special occasion and every day. We made off great in both stores and then my boyfriend also wanted to get a couple of Squishmallows. They were not clearance items but were next to a sign that said BOGO half off. My boyfriend picked up two and headed to the cash register. When checking out the items came up regular price. We brought to the attention of the cashier that there was a sign that said BOGO half off. He had another employee check this and walked to the back. She comes back with a sign she pulled frim the Squishmallow display that said regular price. I informed her that the Squishmallows we wanted to buy were found in the back of the store with the kid's stuffed animals next to the bedding. There was a whole display of Squishmallows near this sign. I informed her of this and she repeatedly shook her head with an upset look on her face and walked away. What terrible customer service she had. I proceeded to take a picture of the display but decided not to show her because she was obviously having a rough night. We left those items at the store and happily left with the clearance items we found. This store has poor customer service or at least this one employee did. We had a good time finding items fir very cheap on clearance.
