I opted for the Meat Lovers Scramble Bowl, and made a quick substitution: I swapped out the standard hollandaise sauce for their sausage gravy. It was the absolute right move! The bowl was packed with so much incredible flavor and was super filling. Since I was dining alone, I grabbed a seat at the bar. The staff here was incredibly nice and attentive--more than one person stopped by throughout my meal just to ensure I was taken care of and didn't need a single thing. I really prefer the taste & texture of corn tortillas (I'm from LA, so grew up eating at family-run Mexican restaurants!), and they soak up less oil when fried and get crispier.
