And everyone was so pleasant aside from the owner, who happened to be the person that worked on our dog. My wife didn't want to walk in and have our pup get hyper on the table so she took a peak in the window. The owner was on her phone yelling at someone. Saying some not nice things that could be heard through the window. Our dog was not on the table when my wife walked in the door but another dog was. After throwing her phone down, she yanked the dog and yelled "Stand up!" Though she was never paying attention to the dog while on her phone but was mad that the dog was calmly sitting on the table. She called a young girl up from the back to check her out, while my wife was putting information in for a receipt, the owner smacked the dog hard enough to be heard throughout the shop. She yelled at it again to stand up and said "I don't have time for this sh*t today." It was very uncomfortable in the shop after that. Everyone's mood seemed to be lowered after that happened. I hope the owner of that dog knows it's not treated well in that shop. I will definitely be going somewhere else.
