The lifelike 3D renderings provided a clear vision of what the finished bathroom would look like, and removed all the guesswork and stress from this project. Shawn provided us with an extremely detailed list of every item and exact cost for the project including scheduling, permits, demo, construction, inspections and every material and fixture. It was clear that we were in experienced and competent hands. We chose to have Shawn and his team handle the project and complete all of the work period his crew was incredible. Each craftsman who worked on different parts of the remodeling was clearly a skilled professional with attention to detail and pride in their workmanship. Coming out of each meeting, we knew significant progress was made. She presented new ideas and designs that we would not have chosen or thought of ourselves. Rati was very responsive during the entire process - either through emails, texts, phone calls.  She has completely transformed our place. We needed more seating in our living area, and she was able to create that without making the area overly crowded. Our loft got transformed into a fully functional area for informal family seating. All you need is getting your contractors and have them implement the design/decor that Rati suggests.  As the project progressed, I wish she had brought up budget constraints in consideration. Final installation was hard to do on video calls, and we wished she was present. Given how she has transformed our place, we would still recommend Rati. She has impeccable taste and aesthetic sense. Not only everything is done flawless on that day, it still is. Today is hard to find true professionals like him. If you need wallpaper installed, look no further!!! The photo I took does not show the transformative effect the wall paper has on our living room. I wanted it to show the level of difficulties of my project. 1. This wall is really high. 2. There are moldings/shutters/window sills Keith had to work around and line up the patterns 3. There are two windows, and shutters that need special attentions to the corners.
