Throughout, they were very communicative, reaching out with regular updates on the status of the job, and their charges for parts and labor were entirely fair and quite competitive -- moreover, their willingness to come out on site within their service area (an approx. 25 mile radius) was truly a lifesaver in my case. I wanted a new television for my basement to go over my workbench. I didn't care as much about resolution, upgraded speaker quality, etc. as it was a little-used television that I listened to more than watched while working on projects. The person I talked to was very helpful. He showed me a couple of televisions that would work but one was way more expensive than I needed (his words actually) and the other was so basic that various apps couldn't be installed onto it. Worst company to deal with, ever!! Cameras didn't work from the beginning and when we called to…read morehave them looked at, we were today there was a $149 fee just to have the technician come to the house and additional fees for the work done. Mind you, we were paying a monthly service fee for any services that were needed. After fulfilling our side of the 2 year contract, we called to cancel. We were told there would be no kore charges and then the next month my card was charged. Called ADT again and was told the funds would be refunded to my card. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and still no refund. Lesson learned for me will hopefully help someone in the future when they think about doing business with ADT. Don't do business with ADT. Stick to the ring or blink cameras, they work 1000% better and don't cost nearly as much.
