Not a man of his word... he told me to call him when I was ready to pick up the load, however, he pulled the dumpster I rented for $400, two days prior to the week's rental timeline and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know. When I called him to tell him that I was surprised that the dumpster was removed early and for clarification on what happened, he didn't even remotely apologize He also lied and said he picked it up on Thursday and said he gave me some "additional days". Thanks to cameras on my home.. he can be held accountable. He had an appalling attitude upon delivering the dumpster as well. I will not be using Affordable Dumpsters services again and I highly suggest you don't as well. Spread the word. I certainly know I will. He is one deep and that alone is telling. He does this job by himself at the age of 65 or so and crying that he doesn't have help. I can see why. I am surprised this didn't draw a red flag earlier for me. But you know now.. you have been warned. He behaves very entitled, privileged and narcissistic. And although I am only one of maybe 10 reviews on this site, I would highly recommend you consider another dumpster company when in need. Don't put yourself through this.

When I took the suit out of the dry cleaner bag there were all these threads hanging off of the…read morepant cuffs. I cut them off and wore the suit. The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. However, lately (the last two carpet cleaning experiences) were extremely expensive for the amount of time they spent actually cleaning the rug. They were here for about 20 minutes and it cost me over $160! Also, after the guys left I called the manager. I talked to him about pricing and an incident where one of the workers dropped a piece of equipment on my tile floor, he was rude to me. I think next time I am going to shop around for another rug cleaning service.
