The Fluff team transformed the bedroom for a little girl fighting brain cancer. They went above and beyond to create this healing oasis for Nora. Nora's dream room included a space for her American Girl Dolls to sleep and space to do crafts. Nora has been fighting cancer for 4 years and has spent a lot of time isolated at home. This new healing oasis that Fluff created couldn't be more perfect! In the words of our recipient's mom: "Nora was just in awe of her room when she opened the door. She has a smile from ear to ear the entire time. I was so excited to see the photos that Fluff took because I could not see her face. The face in her picture with the door opening is something I honestly haven't seen before. She was so surprised and so in love with everything. For the rest of us, I was shocked when the door opened. Our company has used Papillion Glass for several years. They went under a different management here…read morein the last few months. I have been nothing but disappointed in there performance since. They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.
