They had given my Mother's coat to another woman with the same name as hers. They refused to take responsibility for giving it away. Gave me a complete disrespectful run around. Wouldn't return my calls. Wouldn't elevate my situation. I heard every kind of different excuse two and three times. Office error. Weve been bought by someone else. She came and got it. You name it. I was appalled to say the least. Between me and my Mother we had purchased 8 coats and jackets. Over the years. No concern that my Mother is now deceased. No form of Sympathy. To this date the owner has NEVER tried to make this right. The manager. The Storage clerk. This was a Christmas Gift to her. She would always give me 3 things she knew I was unable to afford. This particular year. She wanted a 24k Jaguar. Rolls Royce and an Alaskan Fur Coat coat. I was so young. I did everything I could to make this happen. And they had a layaway and I took every pay check I had to make her dream happen. She cried. I picked it up. I could only think I did it. I DID IT. fast forward. I go to pick it up. Heart in hand. Alone and grieving. Just missing my Mother. That Christmas my Mother wrapped her Granddaughters in this coat taking several pictures. So beautiful. To treat me the way they have done. Was stabbing me in my heart. Over and over. You can buy from them take it and never look back. Who knows. Someone who works there could be taking coats? If you've experienced a given away coat. Please please contact me. Is it bigger than me? Are this people trying to get so rich they dont care who they hurt. This hurt me to every fiber of my heart and being. Are you this greedy to treat a customer this BAD? How many others are there? I wiuldnt have given a 1 if i could have selected a zero. I am not going away. Nor will you treat my Mother this way. So it makes buying gifts extremely difficult. I chose not to purchase gifts here because of the 7 day exchange policy. That just isn't realistic. I really wanted to get my sister a cute Chiefs shirt for her birthday but no way I'm paying that much money & if it didn't fit her she wouldn't have time to exchange it within a week by the time I purchased it & then got the gift to her. Then had to return it. That's a stupid exchange timeframe. That cuts out a lot of my shopping from there.

I just thought it was hard to navigate if you are like me and are looking for a particular thing. Now, the prices were on the borderline of gouging. $50 for a plastic necklace? $35 for rhinestone hoop earrings? I've seen more unique pieces for less at other boutiques. The service was slightly off putting as well. I was one of three customers in the shop, and was asked three times within the 15 minutes I was there if I was doing alright. YES, let me shop woman. I'm not saying it was bad service, but edging on annoying. So after all this, you ask did I even buy anything? Yes, of course, I bought a scarf. I always do because I love them. I have to admit it was one I have never seen the likes of. But once again, $20 for an acrylic scarf? A bit steep.
