The owners, Phil and Connie, are incredibly knowledgable and have impeccable taste but are very down too earth and charming. It's always such a surprise to see their wide range of choices- designer furs (Chanel, Oscar de LA Renta, etc.) and they also have their own in- house couture.... There are car coats, full length, reversibles, jackets, hats, gloves scarves, and in every color, shape and size. There's nowhere else to go on earth! It's just a gem and they really care that you buy something that looks good on you and that you'll be happy with... My family has been coming here for two generations and so have my friends so enough said! They also have storage and can do repairs, etc.

The shop has a large selection of backpacks, luggage, and important travel goods. It's a great place to grab an outlet converter or something else you'll surely need in a trip. Bag and Baggage also carries some really high quality leather portfolios for note taking, wallets, and other goods. Besides items in stock, Bag and Baggage also does custom luggage name tags. They were able to change the names on three pieces of luggage in a pretty fast fashion. The work looks great and will definitely last. The shop was also considerate enough to put the old tags in a ziploc bag for us to potentially reuse or keep. The workers at Bag and Baggage are also super sweet. They've helped my family out so many times and done such great custom work. They were also very helpful when we forgot a bag in the store and kept it until we could pick it up.

Disappointing... two weeks ago I'd gone in to buy a $200 gift card for my husband to buy some…read moreboots. We came in yesterday to pick some out and after 35 minutes off him (picky as he is) looking at the wall, a young worker comes over and recommends he goes to a different store called Gringos, then says "my name is Conner by the way." (I think that was his name.) Obviously, with our gift card that wasn't the choice for us. So, he picked out a pair of black Tony Lamas and brought them to the counter. We waited for the people at the counter to stop eating their hot chips and taking all their sodas out their gas station bags for them to actually talk to us. My husband asked they had them in any other color. The guy said no. Then showed him the only other pair or Lamas in his size and said "this is all we got." The icing on the cake: My husband decides to get the black boots anyway because they were the closest in price to the $200 we had in-store. The guy at the counter wouldn't check us out until he was done talking to his co-worker about how disappointing his hot chips are. Doesn't dry off/clean off his hands from the food, THEN approaches us and touches his shoes. He ends up, realizing that the boots have been mistagged. We ask him to honor the tag on the boot, because for us $50 difference is a big deal, and these are the only Tony Lamas within $100 of our price range. He says no. We go back to the shelf to look some more when we hear the boys and the lady with colorful locs laughing about us. Overall... terrible workers. Sad that there was no help on the mis-tag, which was a genuine tag by all similarities except for the color, so how would we have known? They only noticed because we asked if they had any other colors. Bummer! Won't be returning to Boot Barn... not that they would care!

I liked playing but never cared that much about watching except for Steve Sax. Yes, I loved and stalked him until I got to meet him. Walking in this store makes me feel good and I feel a bit nostalgic. The collection of hats is amazing and you can tell the store/owner cares about the presentation. It's immaculate and while not a huge selection because it's a smaller store, it's quality and cool. My boyfriend loves getting the leather baseballs and they offer seconds on them at times which are a great deal because he likes to use them and not just collect. There are some unique products at reasonable prices. For example, cool puzzles you don't see everywhere. I loved grabbing some Big League Chew on the way out. A nice selection is available! I have seen the same younger guy in the shop the 3 times I have been in. I don't know if he is the owner or is just always there, but he is extremely nice and very helpful. I got the feeling this is his business but if it's not, the owner should be grateful for a guy that invested in the products and customer service. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Everything is so well made and uses great quality materials. I highly recommend Sandlot products for either yourself or a gift for someone special.
