We just started using Rubio's…read moreCleaning Service after moving to Roseville a year ago and trying a couple of other housecleaning services first. The others were OK, but just OK. RCS is WAY beyond the others! A crew of four arrived ontime, and each lady immediately got to their assigned tasks. Each person is like a perpetual motion machine, and the attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. Given the exceptionally high quality and care level, we consider the cost to be absolutely fair and appropriate. We highly recommend RCS for residential housecleaning. They are the best!

The short of it is: My 80 year old MIL has been putting off getting a house cleaner for a very long time due to extremely high anxiety about, well, basically everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Before finding Blue Rose Cleaning Services, I hadn't found a cleaner I felt would do the job in such a way as to reduce my MIL's anxiety. Cue Rosemeri! Oh my goodness. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew my MIL would be in good hands. Rosemeri explained the services offered, worked with me on the right balance of time spent on a deep clean and my MIL's school teacher retirement budget, and then set up a monthly service so that the house would stay in good shape. And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. They do an amazing cleaning job and worked around my MIL's - shall we say, ever present and excitable - frenchie dog. And also put my MIL at complete ease. Okay, maybe not so short, but hopefully you can tell that I am truly appreciative and deeply grateful beyond words. Thank you so much Rosemeri, Marcelo, and Hetielle for treating my MIL like you would your own mom.

Today 2 people came to clean my house (2 restrooms, kitchen sink and common area floors). After they left, I went to check it looked like they didn't do a great job at all. See it for yourself. Those marks in the kitchen floors were left there unclean! If they had wiped the floor, those marks should disappear. Horrible services. I had already mentioned to the owner to send someone that clean thoroughly twice before. This is my final call for service with them. Pay someone else that can clean properly. This service is a joke.
