My husband went in a few weeks ago to see if they were taking walk-ins. It was middle of the day though so understandably it was busy. He decided not to wait around because he noticed they had a huge "blue line" flag with a bunch of sheriff badges displayed. I kindly tried to reach out to them on socials to see why they decided to use that as decor in their barbershop but no one ever replied. For us personally, seeing that is not welcoming to everyone and turned us off from wanting to spend our money there. I'm sure other folks will see this and want to go support more, but there are also lots of us that take that as a very bold and divisive statement. I've been coming to Ambitious barbershop for a while now, super easy to book the appointment online which provides flexibility to accommodate my busy schedule, best part is Ramon always hooks me up!! The shop is always clean and the entire crew is just cool and great at what they do. I've also gotten a t-shirt (fits great, cool colors) and a pullover sweater which is comfortable as hell. Right away I like that they have the book online option, which I appreciate and is a major upgrade then doing it the traditional way. I booked with Erik and upon arrival I was immediately greeted by the shop owner which left an impression as most shops have lost this concept of greeting their customers. The cut itself was exactly what I ask for, Erik asked me some questions to make sure he understood what I was looking for and gave me a one of the best haircuts!
