They were able to accommodate me promptly, unlike other places that had wait times extending into next year or weren't accepting new patients. From the moment we walked in, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. I had prepared by printing out the necessary forms, which made the check-in process smooth. Although they informed us of a half-hour delay, it gave us the perfect opportunity to grab lunch nearby while we waited for our turn. My child needed extensive dental work, complicated by living part-time with their other parent out of state. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the dentist, we were able to complete all necessary procedures in one day. Even though we're still in the midst of treatment, every member of the staff has been exceptionally supportive and accommodating. Their communication has been outstanding, and they've truly gone above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of for us. I can't express enough gratitude to everyone here for their dedication and care. I really appreciated that both the receptionist and dentist spoke Spanish with me--it was fantastic to communicate in my own language. I love the diversity here! I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental services--they are simply amazing!

I'm currently a patient at youth dentistry of Macon Georgia one thing that I will definitely say…read moreabout this facility is that timing is a very big issue.when I first came into the office things seemed like it was going to be OK and then after I started getting scheduled appointments, I started having to wait around 30 to 40 minutes just to get called back. I have now been a patient for several months, I originally came here so I could get braces. I'm not even sure of my orthodontist name. I think it's Dr. Alvarez, but he did tell me that he was going to get my appliance in March or February and I ended up not getting that appliance they told me he wouldn't be in office and then they also told me that he switched offices to Atlanta so I'm not too sure which one it is, but I recently went a couple days ago, and I saw him walking around and looking down at his feet as if he didn't want to look me in the face when they first signed me up for braces they started putting spacers in my mouth and then they put two big glue drops on the bottom of my molars. This was supposed to prevent me from chipping my bottom teeth on my upper brackets by the way, these upper brackets were not supposed to be here. My orthodontist assistant was not supposed to put all eight brackets on my front teeth she was only supposed to put four which would be two on each side so they could fix my jaw with my appliance, when I came for my first appointment for my appliance, they told me that they canceled my appointment when I got there because apparently we did not confirm it, but my mom showed her on her phone that she got a call and she did confirm it, but they still sent us home even after arriving on time. The office management has said multiple times that they would call my mom about my next appointments and I recently called the other day and they told me that they set up an appointment for August 26 and I was supposed to get my appliance in March, so I don't know what is the holdup. My mom has also been paying 250 a month with no progress on my teeth for the past five months. I showed them my orthodontist assistant that I did chipped my bottom teeth, and when I bite onto certain things they hurt. The only thing that I was told was "oh yeah I see that ", this whole situation honestly makes me sad because if you didn't want to help me out with my biggest insecurity (my crooked teeth and uneven jaw), then you could have simply said that, and transferred me to a different facility. I have now wasted half of 2026 with no progress on my teeth. Also, I made another review just like this last night and I went onto the website to check if it was still there and I don't see my review anywhere. Does anyone have any other recommendations on where I should go because I'm currently 17 and I have always been insecure of my teeth.

I would like to state Dr.Smith (female dentist) was amazing! She answered any and all questions I…read morehad and was super sweet. I would happily see her at another location! She was able to "fix" what she could with the situation and I'm super happy I was able to be seen by her on my last visit. I came to this specific location because they were able to see me quickly. I had a concern about my two front teeth that have been filled in for over 10 years and wanted to see what could be done about the discoloration and chipping that I was experiencing. I was able to get a cleaning and see a dentist the very next day. When I came back for the procedure, I was placed with the male dentist. He left my teeth feeling super rough, wonky, and didn't match their original shape. I wanna make it known that I spoke to him before this procedure about my concerns because they were working on my two front teeth. I stated to him that I knew eventually I would need veneers or something more permanent, but wanted to get them just filled for now. He suggested looking on Instagram to look at cosmetic dentists work which seemed super unprofessional to me as well as the majority of the staff at this location. I would highly suggest just finding somewhere else to go. I would've wait months to be seen by someone if I would've know my experience was gonna go the way it did.

We started the process of trying to get a tooth pulled in January of 2025. It is now May and the…read moretooth is still not pulled. They call to reschedule apartments that were already rescheduled. They let you show up and tell you it's canceled. They are terrible and the reception is ignorant when you bring up the fact that it is taking 5 months of rescheduling to get something done, regardless of how polite you address their incompetencies.
