Unprofessional. Doctor never came to see my son before the Aviclear procedure. Machine didn't work, lady seemed nervous... she also had a cough she said, had a mask and kept touching her face every 2 seconds. Meanwhile the receptionist told us she vaped and that made her cough... who's lying?! I immediately left the room for a reimbursement when the machine wasn't working... paying 3900$, you'd expect a royal treatment. Technican thought the problem was because of the recent upgrade on the machine (barcode), the doctor said the volume was put on low for his son's treatment. The technician doing the treatment said it wasnt working because my son couldn't feel nothing... volume vs sensation.... Humm. Whos lying? When I asked why, at first she made reference to "securing" the price, later she justified this practice stating that they have many "no show". When I asked about their cancellation policy, she said that they would refund only 90% of the fee if I cancel the appointment. When I asked if she meant the day before the appointment, she clarified that any cancellation would give me only 90% of the fee back and added that I could only reschedule if I did not want to lose money. When I asked why they business does this, she explained that it costs them money to refund the fee and they do not want to have any losses. Most importantly, you are forced to use at least $150.00. I have already submitted a request to the appropriate authority to investigate whether this business practice is "only" unfair and dishonest, or whether it can be considered scam/fraud under the appropriate provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. I strongly recommend that you do not pay this business any deposit and stay away from it. All those negative reviews are here for a reason.
