This family business has a wealth of knowledge and it was easily the best experience I've ever had in a shoe store. The person who helped us was 5th generation in this shoe business family & he was so kind and knew tons about shoe biomechanics. He found exactly what I needed to be comfortable and avoid shin splints while training. They also had tons of wide selections in store--no need to wait & have them order them like most shops. One of the employees helped me to figure out exactly which model to get. I was going to schedule a delivery, but he said he'd bring it to my house right then. I asked if he really meant right now, because I had to get to work. He said yes, so I purchased the water heater and went home. Seriously less than 10 minutes later he arrived with the water heater and moved it into my house. It was such amazing service, and I still made it to work on time!
