I asked they to call me when they were leaving their store which they did Rafael was the person whom delivered and installed the bounce house . When I was done at 6 pm he came and took it all down and left, he did a good job. I ordered the 2-1 combo standard house which was the jump house and slide. The place I used it at requested I get liability insurance and would refund after the event was over. It all worked out great, big hit at the event.
