5/5 I reached out to Fran's Kids Jump looking for a possible tent rental for an event next week, our Thanksgiving dinner for the kids at Micah House and their families (38 families total). Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. They were incredibly professional, arrived right on time, and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. All of the equipment was clean, high quality, and exactly what we needed. If I could give this business more stars I would. We rented four heathers with propane. The value and customer care is hard to match. They arrived to make the drop off at a perfect time.
