This facility is extremely clean, modern and the staff is very nice and super professional. This is the second year my husband and I have gotten our annual check ups here. It took us both exactly 60 minutes (with our blood withdrawn in-house) from the moment we arrived to the moment we walked out to the car. My favorite part is that if everything is OK they call you and tell you over the phone instead of wasting your time and making you make another appointment to simply get your blood work results. This facility is really nice too. Sounds too good to be true? OK, the only downfall may be you will have to park in metered parking in the near by garage. Other than that it should be fairly simple which is honestly how it should be. This is probably one of the best health clinics right now. Patient calls office and states a delusion of believing the psychiatric evaluation is requested for legal proceedings. Staff states to potential patient that they are unable to perform an evaluation for legal proceedings. Its unclear what legal proceedings staff believed evaluation would be performed for. Patient is delusional, thats why the evaluation was requested. I contact ICPS for further clarification and staff would not accept the fact that the potential patients belief that the evaluation would be performed for legal proceedings was a symptom and reason for the evaluation. Staff knowingly contributing to a potential patients ill mental health by confirming a potential patients delusion. Absolutely horrible services & care for patients mental health. Potential patient is delusional, seeks help, psychiatrist staff further delusional belief & hinder ability to get treatment. We sought out her assistance/help as roughly six months ago my husband and I hit a breaking point (in full disclosure) with many life changes going on (cross-country move, differences in habits/space, job-related change etc.). To be transparent, I felt (because of the circumstances) we were on our last leg. The only thing I could think of to help was maybe therapy so I looked online and saw Lotus (and Victoria) had good reviews and instantaneously requested to book a session with her. I had been to two other relationship counselors in another city from some time ago that did not help at all, so was not quite confident (even with seeing good reviews about this center) that our situation could be helped. I have to say I was wrong about my doubts. Victoria was very easy to talk to, listened objectively and provided some strategies and exercises that truly caused us to think differently and apply different methods which started to improve our daily interactions. I also like that she is direct and honest. She is not one of those therapists that asks 'how does that makes you feel' while scribbling on a note pad and looking at you robotically like you're a specimen in a lab. Of course she cares about how you feel and does ask, but she also has personality and gives her opinion/thoughts to you straight while showing empathy at the same time. She does not take sides, but if you are acting in a way that's not being constructive to yourself or your partner, she will let you know. I like that direct approach, but it is not in a harsh way.. it is straightforward and meant to help, which in our case, it did! She truly cares about your progress as an individual and a couple and this has been evident in her work with us. My husband and I, after starting on very shaky ground prior to seeing Victoria, are at a much better place in our relationship, have been communicating ten fold better, have gotten the *spark* (romance) back and honestly feel that we are doing better now than when we were in the 'honeymoon' phase of our relationship (we have been together almost 7 years). We were doing therapy once a week and still plan to talk to/see (after Covid 19 situation improves) Victoria for 'tune ups'/check ins as needed (I believe therapy is not a bad thing to partake in, even when things aren't at their worst), but can say that the bulk of our challenge/mission has been complete and my husband has mellowed out significantly (thank the Lord, Amen! lol). In all seriousness, I highly recommend Victoria and Lotus Counseling Center for your counseling needs, especially couples counseling (since this is what I can speak on). We can't thank Victoria enough and the whole staff there is very nice and professional (and handles insurance billing in a competent manner as well). Interestingly enough they don't call or text you days before the appointment, so it's a win win for them because they charge $75 for no show and your copayment fot the day as well. And they don't keep your file after a month, so if for X or Y reasons you can't go they erase you from the system and then you have to fill out all the paperwork again. My personal experience was very bad and shady. Don't go there.

When I expressed this to the office manager she pretty much just said tough shit. All they clearly care about is making money and they do not at all prioritize patient care or health. I'd avoid this group of criminals at all costs. They honestly belong behind bars.
